Blues extra spicy - Altered scale over the IV7 chord - Sean Bray

By using the altered scale a tri-tone away from the root over the IV7 chord on a blues really adds some extra tension and spice to a blues. eg. In a Bb blues the Eb7 is the IV chord. Use the A altered scale over that chord.
