Hi Lucy, you are truly my saviour! After about a year of regularly consuming a great many of your videos, I look and feel better, slimmer and more shapely. Today I realised my severe diastasis recti is completely gone (I'm 21 years post child birth and I still had a gap of an inch last year). This is 100% attributed to your many wonderful ab videos. Never too late to fix such a long term issue, amazing! This abdominal video above is one of my absolute favourites.

Hi Lucy, I love this challenge. Normally I do 5 days a week. The first challenge week I did 6 days and the last week I did 7! First time ever. And I feel awesome and so proud of myself 😊 I love to feel my muscles when I wake up in morning 😁 Abs and back posture I need to work on most. So this is just perfect for me 😊❤

Loving the week 3 workout, more cardio today, bit of deep breathing going on, after the first 2 weeks 2" off my mid-riff, despite being away last week and not always able to make good food choices.

Ive had great results with this one. My waist is visibly smaller and stomach is flatter. I wish I did a measure before and after. I feel it’s great for back fat too. 🎉

Hi Lucy. I love your workouts. Thank you for all your hard work. Can you make a pelvic floor workout. To strengthen pelvic wall make women tighter there. I had 5 children. All vaginal deliveries. I don’t want to end up with leak problems.

I'm really enjoying this series. I feel like I'm benefitting from something I can fit in (almost!) every day, so thank you 🥰 I did notice that the second set in this video has one exercise repeated twice and one exercise missing from the first set 🙈 But I worked out which one was missing so just adding that in. 😅

These workouts are so helpful cause I hate cardio but I know it’s needed with these short workouts I can manage without killing myself it makes me keep it up, plus having 3 kids I can just manage to do up to 10mins like 30 mins no chancexx

I find it strange that you demonstrate all of your moves sideways on to the camera even if that means the whole move cant be seen by the watcher properly. Why don’t you position yourself face on to the camera?
