    quick hands! i like the 5 swords boxing combo. i know these drills are being repped for the camera, but encourage your students to cover out. even a simple clear... dont let them stand "in the bucket" and get hit back.
    keep up the hard hitting work!
    Cheers,
    a philly kenpo brother

    It's good to see contact when a traditional martial art is practiced. I kind of feel bad for the instructor. Even with head gear taking shots to the head can't be good for ya. Kudos for making the practice as real as possible. :)

    • @Liquidcadmus
      @Liquidcadmus 6 лет назад +1

      kenpo is not a traditional martial art. it's not even an actual martial art. Ed Parker was a conman who had no knowledge or experience. he just made some nonsense up to impress the naive minds of americans at the time

      @@Liquidcadmus Kempo originally comes from the Chinese martial art Chuan-Fa, so yeah it's quite effective & legit, Ed Parker, and later Jeff Speakman improved on it. If you like you can spar a practitioner and see for yourself ;)

    Get a boxing chest protector... so you can go full power to the chest. You can use that in combination with one boxing mitt( to finish a combination full power to the face). It improves muscle memory.

    The rest of the vids from this AKKI look like what people make fun of, slapping hands around really fast. This however is much better. The smaller, I think redhead, especially the 2nd time she is in this vid looks like she can hit you pretty good.

    • @Liquidcadmus
      @Liquidcadmus 6 лет назад +1

      of course they dont spar, it's kenpo haha,
      sparring would mean actual intent to do something realistic.

    • @ruger51995

      Liquidcadmus we spar in my kenpo gym come spar with us bro. Kenpo is actually a widely reverred style maybe u should do some research. The fact that u think sparring is full contact kinda shows me how educated you are

    not bad
    should think about not blocking the inside of an arm across your body. basic boxing. start thinking people are gonna through the right after the left. don't know if that outward strike will stop the momentum and that inward outward is just right out.
    nice to see an actual working evolution of kenpo.
    where are you guys located, you should spar. have you started doing wrestling and jujitsu? do you do MMA sparring?

    • @ruger51995
      @ruger51995 6 лет назад

    In the first one, the guy grabs her and then hangs one while she hits him three times. After the first punch anyone would let go.

    Best Kenpo I have ever seen in my life. Better then Ed Parker himself.

    • @Liquidcadmus
      @Liquidcadmus 6 лет назад +1

      best kenpo youve seen is like saying least smelly pile of shit ive smelled.
      Ed Parker was a joke, he was not a real martial artist, just a beginner. what he was an expert at though was scamming people.

      @ruger51995 6 лет назад +2

      Liquidcadmus actaually u shoulf do some research. Evem bruce lee did executions at ed parker Lenovo events. Kenpo is a very good style coming from multiple black belts of different styles ive heard them say the same things. Kenpo is a great style amd in the tournament ring the Kenpo guys were widely respected. If u want to see how kenpo works come to the dojo i train at and ill spar with u. Im only a blue belt. Thsts only one belt above a beginner level so come on down itll be fun.
