I noticed you're using a felt beater on the KD-140BC. Ideally you should always use a plastic beater. The felt beater over time will wear out the mesh head! 😬

Anyone know how easy it is to set up for a lefty? I’m hoping it’s just a matter of placing the curved piece with the module mount on the opposite side. I got this and the extra mounted tom arriving tomorrow. So I guess I’ll find out then.
Depends on the bundle you order... Usually it comes without hihat-machine, bass drum pedal and snare stand. Good thing, this kit is made for professional or advanced drummers who usually have preferences
Dennis Rivenburg I played one. Felt weird. Unnaturally heavy. Not sure how well kit was set up but was not blown away. Thought td25 sounded better but pads not as nice
@@johndef5075 the sound out of the box is really weak for the price you have to pay, but you can modify it in many many ways to sound great. You buy this set for the excellent triggering ;) the setup is a point you can fix at home, I really wouldn't like it the way shown in this video you would have to sit twisted to the right side all the time and the high Tom isn't facing the drummer, for example
