Thanks for this video. I’m getting a 5*12. The way you have yours mounted is what I will do. The only difference is I put a box on my pick up truck. I unloaded simply by buying one of those truck bed unloaders that you hand crank off. I can unload my truck in a matter of a minute. Works great for me. It’s nice to see you that the hose will fit underneath the railing of the trailer. That will be great. I really don’t want to mount it on the tongue of the trailer.

It worked fine for wood and rocks but it didn't work well for me, unloading leaves. I did have a short wall attached to the load handler but I still couldn't get it to work. Let me know if you've had a success. Unloading leaves with a load hander.

Yes just one property but the trailer can handle double the amount shown, I Just have to keep packing down.
