I need
It will make your life so much easier pushing big piles of leaves
Do need me a good jacket
It's a lightweight but warm jacket but the pockets are terrible
@ I think all landscape jacket need pockets with zippers. So I don’t lose stuff out in the field
Great video, Ariens is the best
Thank you, I appreciate it.
I have almost the same model as you (926Pro) with the Tecumseh motor that I bought used a few years ago and I love it. I have a gravel driveway so I have to leave the shoes set up a little higher otherwise it picks up stones and can break shear pins easily. Would love to see a video of the drive-belt/transmission maintenance on this unit, thanks!
Thanks for watching my video. I really appreciate it. I'll do a future video on machine maintenance If you haven't done it already, make sure you pull your wheels and grease those axles. They become extremely stubborn to remove, if they're on there for too long.
Great video! I replaced it and it worked first pull then I shut it off and now it won’t start again
If it still hasn't started I would just go through basic checks. Make sure you have spark clean fuel and fuel filter besides the bg55 I have the 86c and it will refuse to start if there was pressure in the gas tank.
@@sololawnprofessionalso it was the fuel, I purchased Harvest King 2 cycle fuel last year and when I replaced it with the correct mixture with sthil 2 cycle oil it started right up! Thank you for your video…. Saved me a couple hundred bucks on not buying a new one.
Me
hypothetically, does this also work on graveyard soil?
Good question. I would probably stick with a metal shovel that would be better for digging.
@@sololawnprofessional would i be able to eat the shovel if i become hungry?
@peepoPoro I appreciate your comments. This is a commercial snow Shovel, the fiberglass and plastic are probably not edible.
@ this might be the top 10 worst days ever
Sold my wheeled trimmer and got a Stihl FS131 with bike handles, so much easier to use!!! Also upgraded it with a larger 36-2 head and .130 line.
Just my opinion and from my experiences, if you're working in an area full of tall grass and weeds that you know the conditions of the ground, no logs stumps. The wheel trimmer is better The wheel trimmer is way more powerful and you don't have to carry it. If you're in an unknown area full of stumps, logs, poles, anything that's going to be difficult to maneuver the handheld trimmers better. Also, if you're going to be running brush blades, the handheld trimmers are superior.
Great and very useful video that explains the durability of this product. Just bought mine the other day and it's one of the best rain jackets I have ever owned. I got it for almost 50% off from Carhartt directly(only available in Mountain View as it is a discontinued color).
Thank you, I appreciate it. It's an excellent jacket I almost bought the lighter version but this jacket was too nice to pass
@@sololawnprofessional The price is what dictated my color choice😂
That old girl has a pretty good throw....
It still works pretty well being as old as it is. I had to do a lot of work on it. It wasn't really well taken care of before I got it.
I nearly bought this saw but Echo, like Stihl, have put the trigger release on the side of the back handle instead of the top which makes operating the saw on its side awkward. Ok if you are only going to cross cut though.
I agree. I wish it came with the typical style of safety. You probably know this already, but you just have to press a button to unlock the trigger, You don't have to hold it the whole time until you let off and then you press it again. It's not as convenient as the handle mounted safety, especially on and off the throttle.
@sololawnprofessional I bought a husqvana battery saw purely because of this.
I'm just about to finally buy a log splitter, and I'll pick one of these up too. thank you for sharing.
I wish the table was a little bit larger to keep the efficiency up but not having to chase the wood around. Definitely saves your back.
You NEVER SHOWED US what it looks like.😢

It sucks that we’re all moving to battery power now, especially if they’re gonna ban gas powered tools. People who complain about the noise of those probably has never done yard work themselfs , these are the people that keep the areas clean. Now all power tools can be quite.
The gas blower ban is not good. People need to speak with their local leaders before it happens to them.
@@sololawnprofessionalI’m glad you’re not one of those people who are tree hungers and not blind from the truth. They will soon see the increase of labor homeowners have to pay.
Don't get me wrong, the battery blower is very nice to use, but it doesn't have the violence or the pushing power of my Echo 8010. Customers don't understand it's going to cost a lot more money to do the jobs now because it's going to take way longer to clean up a property. Also the batteries are expensive and they don't last forever in terms of life and runtime.
It’s not that we haven’t done yard work it’s that we DONT WANT TO LISTEN TO THE OBNOXIOUS GAS POWERED TOOLS. Imagine if someone came to your house and made loud obnoxious noises all over and woke you up. You Wouldn’t like it would you?
@@christianspencer9319 knowing that my place is being cleaned or other doing there own personal things I wouldn’t complain
I love a snow shovel without that irritating metal "ice breaker" strip that makes a ton of nois3 and gets caught on everything. I always remove those if I buy a shovel with that on there.
Definitely the metal edge. Possibly one of the worst additions to a plastic snow shovel. Before we had the plastic shovels we had those metal ones that were horrible. The edges would curl over. Just catches on everything.
Replace them tines
This is native soil and didn't go as well as I had planned but the times worked perfectly on areas that have already been tilled
Never showed the ho
love your expertise and knowledge assessments of products,, and your demonstrations are well done.. thanks for posting

Think a 12000 lb winch with this setup would work well for a tree company to haul branches and logs?
Sorry for the delay. Your previous comment disappeared on me. The winch will be completely fine moving debris from a landscape trailer. There's videos out there of 12,000 lb winches pulling trees over pulling tractors out of mud. It's extremely powerful. Unfortunately I can only get about two unloads with my group 24 battery so think about getting a larger battery to run it and have the ability to charge it.
I have been using my utility trailer to dump garbage as a weekend gig and was trying to find the best way to do this exact thing! I had to turn down jobs because of the dump time and regular work hours. Thanks for the vid! This will be much easier and cheaper than buying another couple trailers
Using a havaheart I caught two of those beautiful little creatures. Relocated them and hoped for their success in their new home.
It looks like the run times for the 5900T are significantly lower then the 5800. Obviously because of the maxout.I use the 2600 trimmers with maxout. I also have the handheld with maxout and it will still taper off in performance as the battery drains. So im not sold on the 5900 being better overall with the diminished run times. Especially considering the kit comes with 8ah batteries for double the money. The only thing the 7700 is offering is a water resistant cover for the batteries and a little more power but again worse run times then the 5800 with bigger more expensive batteries. I agree with the weather resistant issues. It's almost like echo is just following along instead of trying to innovate and bring viable products to market for commercial operators.
Since I've now had the 5800 for 8 months keep in mind I have not used the 5900. This is just my opinion. I believe you're going to get more capability using the 5900 because of its consistent runtime. Even though it's less run time, you're not going to be losing power as the batteries run out like you do with the 5800. The 5800 has nothing left when you get to the end of the battery life and I hope the max out even though you're getting much less run time will be much more consistent. Personally, unless you're in the area where they've banned gas blowers like in my area, I would stick with your standard gas blower. Also, this is the technology we have right now. Everything's in its infancy. It took a long time to get really high performance gas powered equipment like we have now, so I imagine it's going to take a long time to get that same capabilities out of battery.
Yea it's a long way off before battery backpack blowers will catch up. Not so much with the performance but with the weight of the batteries to get that performance. I've owned my business for 8 years and prior to that I was a Golf Course Superintendent for 20 years. I've seen the evolution in equipment. I run 770s and 8010s and absolutely have come to hate the noise myself. 😂 I would just be using the 5800 for residential accounts where people would appreciate the lack of noise. I use the 2500 hh now for those and even with the max out on that when it gets down to 2 bars I can feel the performance drop off. So I don't think the 5900 with max out is going to make enough of a difference in terms of performance to make the price jump because you need the 8ah to get decent run times. In other words I don't see max out helping much with the blowers because of the massive power draw.
Just got the the Kohler Cv224 engine. Can’t wait to try it in the spring. Snow season right now in Michigan
That's a great commercial engine. It's going to give you a nice long life and nice increase in performance. Great upgrade!
Were can I get one of those
amzn.to/4gKoFDE This is the one I'm using in the video but you can shop around, You can find them from $20 to $40
I bought this guy mid leaf season knowing we would need it for mainly mowing, this is a great blower but you will not be able to large cleanups just small debris and clippings. In my area they are banning gas blowers so we will see how that goes next spring.
Echo's coming out with a 7700 In 2025. It's going to have higher air speed and have the maxout technology and be water resistant and it's going to have the same level of performance as a 770 For $700 without batteries. Unfortunately we're going in reverse in terms of performance compared to the 8010-9010 we've all become used to using now. The prices for leaf cleanups are going to go way up for the customer because it's going to take so much longer to do the work.
What are the weight difference?
The gas blowers 22 to 26 lbs no fuel, battery blower 20 lbs to 42 lbs with 1 battery or multiple batteries
What size deck is that? How did you mount the trac vac on the mower deck? My hoses need replaced which ones are those?
The mower is a 36.When I bought the track vac originally it came with the hardware to mount it to either a 48 or 36. The blue hose I bought 15 years ago online. It's highly puncture resistant. The 8-in deck hose is original. I'll have to track down where I bought it from and I'll link it here later if I can find it.
@ I have the model 385. That’s the pull behind one. I have a stander mower and it’s not working out. Can I use model 385 for walk behind you think?
I've been looking at the different parts list for the trac vac. You can order the 470 parts or a stander model but I think it would be just easier to get a trailer hitch for the stander and tow it around. That's going to be way cheaper than trying to retrofit something or buying the parts. I know backing up will be a problem with the stander with the trailer setup, but at least you could use it right away rather than trying to figure something out this season. Also, I don't know if you can even buy the parts. I think I tried calling them last year but no one answered the phone.
this trap is ABSOLUTE TRASH. Do not buy it. Returning mine tomorrow.
Hi, is it echo DHCA-2600?
This is the Echo eForce DPAS 2600 with the full length hedge trimmer The Echo e-force 2600's are excellent whether you want a dedicated trimmer or this PAS model, I highly recommend them.
@sololawnprofessional i hesistate with kress kc270, 5 years warranty
If you're going to be buying a commercial model, I wouldn't worry about the warranty so much because they're designed to last and be abused. I would be more thinking about what brand you plan on investing in the batteries because that's where you're going to need to buy a lot of to run this equipment. Because it takes more than one battery to use throughout the day. So I have seven e-force batteries to get through my day. I'm not going to be investing in any other type of equipment that can't use the same batteries.
Thanks for the great video. Spot on. I had to remove part of the handle to get the throttle linkage in. It was easier for me. Other than that it worked great. You just gained another follower.
Thank you, I appreciate it. I hope your blower runs like new
Great video. Thanks
Let me tell you how much of a life saver you are: Major much!!!
Thank you! I appreciate it! If you pick one of these up,I hope this tool makes your weeding job so much easier.
I wonder how well this will work with wet slushy snow? I have a 2 stage gas-powered snow blower, and it gets cloged in the impeller with wet slushy snow. Im debating on buying the PATH-PRO 208 ELECTRIC START WITH REMOTE CHUTE Model #938033
The path pros are excellent plenty of power to throw basically heavy wet snow to watery slush without any trouble. I do spray the shoot down with a non-stick spray because it can clog but not in the same way as a two-stage and you can easily just knock out the plug with your hand. You don't need a special tool like you do with the two-stage or have to worry about losing your fingers if you try to dig it out by hand. I have two path pros, one with the remote shoot and the hand control. I love the remote shoot but it's always out of adjustment. It has a push pull cable design and it's not really a great setup. I prefer the hand adjust because it's reliable for all the driveways I'm doing during a storm. My path pro with remote shoot I bought when it first came out maybe 10 years ago so they may have sorted out the cable issue by now but I don't.
@sololawnprofessional I'm also looking at the Toro 21 in. (53 cm) Power Clear® 821 QZE Gas Snow Blower Model: 38757. It has a bigger engine, and I have local dealer support.
@shanew7361 any single stage snow blower with over 200cc engine from name brand company that you can trust is going to have the same capabilities, so that Toro would be a good choice, and we'll have a very nice easy to use remote chute.
What are the benefits of using the edgit?
There are two main benefits. When you use the string trimmer to maintain the edges along sideways and curbs, the edgit really does take the strain off your back, You don't have to carry the trimmer. You can just sit the disc in the groove and walk along. The engine puts in effect on the grass much like a lawn mower deck pulling the grass into the string in my opinion, giving the Cut turf a better looking appearance. The one negative you are adding weight to the front of the trimmer if you weren't using the trimmer guard before installing the edgit.
@sololawnprofessional that's cool. I didn't realize that. Thanks!
How much weight can it handle?
This trailer only has a 2,000 lb capacity, and the 12000 winch can easily unload that.
Excellent commercial for harbor freight
And some miscellaneous parts from Amazon and scrap metal
Much better looking
Thank you, I appreciate it
very useful in the vastness of the forest. do you know that leaves are a very good compost for trees?
This is a hiking path
I had a squirrel get into my store. Four days I couldn’t get it out. I bought this trap caught it within two hours . It works great
Thanks for your comment. What type of bait were you using? We had great luck with the whole peanuts. We caught 10 squirrels in 2 days. Very effective.
@ I used peanut butter, he was getting in my wax tea candles also. I used one of those also.
You do some handy stuff , have done a video of your shop or shop tour . Showing your equipment and Whr u park it . That would b cool ! Love the video of your leaf loader set up also . Great set up for solo or small crew as u said ! You have a nice business going I think !!
Thanks for your comment and being a subscriber of my channel but I can't make those types of videos there are some things I just cannot show.
@@sololawnprofessionalunderstood
The battery lasts a long time with hedge trimming !
What about weight
The battery blower 20 to 42 lb depending on the amount and type of batteries 8010, 26 lb. No fuel 770 25 lb. No fuel 580t 23 lb. No fuel
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That’s smooth
💪🏽
Instead of a leaf vacuum you should pick up a 8010 or 9010 they make cleaning up leaves so much faster over a mid-range backpack blower
@ I was thinking about it
this tiller is totally useless if your soil is clay type or compacted. I was only able to scrape the top at less than one inch and with too much effort but little or no gain. Its design of the tines (angle of penetration, etc) is horrible and thus makes it super difficult to dig deep in hard soil. The Honda engine and its functionality is excellent but the overall result on tilling hard soil is not good. There are other tiller manufacturers (at half the price of this tiller) that perform exceptionally well on clay/hard soils.
Thanks for your comment. If you're trying to create a garden in native soil that has not been turned over, it's going to be difficult no matter what tiller you have. Whether it's counter rotating tines or standard direction, the best solution would be to hire a company with a machine that can turn the soil over for you and add the proper amendments to create a nice planting area and then use the regular tiller to till the soil every season. In this case a tiller that's half the price would work fine. If you need a tiller that's going to last 30 years, there's nothing better than this Honda,Troy bilt horse and or the BCS tiller you're going to have to spend the right amount of money if you want the equipment to last.
Seems like cheating by compacting them on top. Poor leafs.
Off to their new home to become compost
