It’s all in a days work , it happens , it doesn’t feel very good when it does , I hope it was your last lawn of the day . I’m sure in two weeks a little seed it won’t look as bad . Thanks for sharing . We all go through it . I used to keep a come along in truck and a bunch of ratchet straps . I had walker that would get stuck easy 🤦‍♂️

Thank you! I appreciate your comment and fortunately this has only happened twice in the last 24 years of doing lawn care. I got my Exmark Vantage stuck in 2010 and had to use a come along to get it out. I'm definitely going to add some pieces of equipment to aid me in getting unstuck in the future.

Worst feeling in the world. Especially when it's on a neighbor's property

Definitely. I haven't got any phone calls about it yet, hopefully the grass seed has started to come up.

That's why I love my light weight walk behind

Very true. My old Exmark Metro 48 was only 500 lb and I could probably lift it out without any trouble.

I dont know where the Property line is over there but the neighbor cant discharge his water on to somebody else's Property!

I have no idea what the property line is but this area is the perfect storm of downspouts and sump pump pipes. Just a miserable nightmare

Can tell the frustration in your voice but wanted to commend you on dtaying calm under the circumstances. It's just grass...we never want to damage our client's property or their neighbor's...that area is getting way to much water dumped in it - their is blame to be shared by all parties...good luck!

Thank you. I appreciate your comment. I always hope for the best and fortunately I was able to get help to get the mower out but now I've wised up and I'm now carrying my winch with me for this exact situation in the future.
