Well I live with idiopathic constipation which nearly killed me as it left me unable eat or drink without throwing up resulting in me losing 192lbs in 10 months. Took 5 gastroenterologist to figure out what was wrong. This left me having to take movicol, senna and prucalopride for the last 8 years. Plus proton pump inhibitors and domperidone. 8 years ago I was on 35 tablets a day. 8 years on I am on 3 tablets and can eat normally. Still need 1 tablet of prucalopride and 1 sachet of movicol a day and 1 senna tablet but that is it. Getting my fibre intake up and also the addition of inulin and not being affraid to try new foods. have helped so much. That and also going back to university it gave me something else to focus on and gave me a degree in nutrition and a masters in food science and now doing a PhD in prebiotics 🥰 Edit: I forgot to add my gastroenterologist cited in my discharge letter that strength training and willing to experiment were big factors in my recovery in my discharge letter
Steve, thank you so much for this helpful advice. I'm going to study the reviews and other video and come back to you as I believe you might prove to be the answer to my prayers.
Too much fiber has hurt me way more in the past than too little. Glad you pointed that out.
