      Help on what?
      On sugestions and maybe meetup probably but due to an injury i can not move around mutch so can not show you around.
      Probably just a meetup and answer questions about Estonia.

    09:13 Suposed to be old style Estonian burger but not actually, old ones had no spices exept salt and pepper, rarely anything else at all, also the meat was not premade patties but made on the spot(out of scratch) and that was one of the major selling point why it tasted so good.
    Also old one just had hacked kabage, the sauce (made from hapukoor aka Estonian sourcout, mayo and ketcup all made in Estonia for freshes and quality of taste) and the meat mostly kotlett, this is the basic aka bare minimum.
    Often an pan fried egg and/or chees was added.
    Not that mutch variaty but it tasted good, todays remakes aka imitations of the old ones fail any kind of taste test that why they are not that good.
    I have kept the old style burger alive for 30 years making it for friends and family all that time every year dozens of times, but as cooking is not my field of job (IT is) i have not done anything with it (yeah i went to a school of culinary and have been cooking/making food and own resepies since i was 4 years old).
    I will give u a promice, if i get wealthy (to own house and no payment obligations/loans to pay and have a good stable income) and bearable stable health, i will start a small food business making good old and normal(est) food that tastes real good with normal price (something like 1,5 for the basic burger and 2,5€ the big burger with the egg and cheese and extra kotlett added).
    Why i would say that is that so many not only friends and family (even strangers) have pleaded me to make my food for sale too (example, last year a friend bleeded me to make him my recepy based potato salad and offered 50€ for 1kg) and similar reasons.

    Yeah full time living in Kuressaare is a bit booring, living in Pärnu it was better, specially all year long, Kuressaare dies out at winter and the storms there can be real bad at winter, also can be bad ones in Pärnu(experienced in both places one of the worst ones in decades in eatch) but in Pärnu the locistics for food/essentials and overall transportation is better also a lot more to do all year long living.
