When i clicked on the full url and redirect url, both opened the webpage. It also says not crawled

Good question. There would not have been anything wrong with replacing the link with a new one. In this situation, I didn't take the time to research and find another good external resource to link to.
I just restarted my computer and it stopped
Hmmm...perhaps something was timing out and showing a page load error because your browser was lagging and needed the 'ol restart. Whatever it was, I'm glad things are working now again for you (assuming I'm interpreting your message correctly).

On my "first found at" section in AHREFS it doesn't give a URL. It says "seed URL" instead. Do you have a video for that?
Hello, Mike. I haven't seen this myself.
However, I found this after doing a little Googling (www.quora.com/What-does-a-seed-page-mean-in-a-web-crawler).
I wonder if this means that the issue is found only on the page itself. I'd check to see if the page in question is somehow redirecting back to itself.
