You really are becoming my favorite yoga teacher. I do have trouble staying asleep. I awaken every night 3 hrs after falling asleep. I will do legs up in the air when that happens tonight. Wish me luck!

This was absolute heaven Erin. Did this after a busy Friday, with 90 mins of ashtanga, half an hour of core work in the afternoon, some leg strengthening for 15 mins. I had such a great sleep after this! Thank you. ALL of your classes are wonderful.

I adore your dynamic and power yoga classes. I did them all, and I keep practicing them again and again. However, these days I feel tired and even depressed, so this gentle yoga class was exactly what I needed to give a little boost to my body and my spirit. Thank you so much dear Erin!
this was amazing Erin...I have tried many bedtime yoga sequences but this is one of my faves! Pls pls create more, as the pace, gentle movement, soft music and sounds of nature were perfect...I didn’t want it to end! 🥰

Great evening yoga, so very relaxing. Strange choice to record it outside in the daytime! But whatever! When I clasp my hands behind my back and fold forward my hands come about six inches from my back...so far from being able to bring them over my head. What stretches can i do to work on increasing my flexibility there? Thank you!

I love legs up the wall for sleep😊 I can lay right there ! I find myself holding my breath in child’s pose
