    David Sinclair is a good and conscientious man who cares about the welfare of the people.❤
    We should all appreciate that.
    Something like this cannot be taken for granted.
    I think we are very privileged to be part of a small group of people who already know and use more about longevity than most other people.
    That's a great gift!🙂

    I definitely turned back time. Been fasting for maybe 15 years. For those that want to try it took me a while to get used to not eating. I was the type if I didn’t eat within an hour or so after being awake I didn’t feel good. Now I do 1-36 hour, 5-20 hours and 16x8 every week. I am 51 and always get late 30’s when people guess my age. I also work full body twice a week. Serious workouts. I love it mainly because I love a big meal when I eat.

    Another important key to health is to do a protocol to target parasites. They are treated and tested for in most countries. Not in the U.S. I overcame hypothyroidism and fatty liver disease. My bloodwork keeps improving and I got off of alot of prescription medication. Nutrition and exercise combined with the right supplements can do wonders but we also have to eliminate pathogens in our bodies

I am addicted to walking / jogging due to my high functioning autism, usually do this daily then am sedentary at work on a desk for the rest of the day. I regularly fast 18 - 20 hours a day. I also was born with ToF heart condition repaired at birth. When I was younger I used to think and feel immortal, so now I focus on bio hacking so I can be. Most of my family already lives to age 85+ even with some cancers in the family. I started doing this stuff naturally around age 22. I also only eat clean foods unless I hang out with family, who orders like a couple times a week.

    You cannot wholly reverse aging-it's a normal part of life. However, you may be able to slow it down and help prevent age-related diseases by adopting a healthy lifestyle. That includes habits like eating a healthy diet, wearing sunscreen every day, and exercising. Especially for us women, we tend to look more stressed and weaker as we age. Everything appears to speed up in our perceptions as we get older. Your body needs all the help it can get. So, for me, I take Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (Vitruvin Nutrition 500mg) every morning with a protein drink and some Greek yogurt. It has radically changed everything. All sorts of problems have mostly disappeared. I have lots of energy. My vision is better, aches and pain are almost gone, and my mental clarity is pretty well. At 75, that’s not shabby.

    • @RamataKAhn
      @RamataKAhn 2 года назад +1

      No, you can reverse it and it's not a normal part of life.

    • @leroybrown9143
      @leroybrown9143 Год назад +1

      @@RamataKAhn no, you cannot, i think a sharp minded, septuagenarian would know far better than a person who may never even see 70 years. What could you possibly possess that supercedes the wisdom and experience of her years, hopes and wishes.
      There is no such thing as "anti aging," its a myth everyone desperately wants to be a reality. At best what one can do is be youthful FOR ONE'S AGE. To be a youthful 45, but 45 is 45 and 60 is 60. 60 is not, and never will be, " the new 30." One of the reasons we are self-decieved is because almost all of us engages in behaviors that greatly accelerate aging, drinking, smoking, indiscriminate sex, poor sleeping, contenting over meaningless things, etc. When, if ever, one grows wise enough to moderate those behaviors we then label the effects of that moderation, "age reversal." But it's nonsemse, as all you've done was stop aging faster than your true age and start aging in line with your true age. But you're still your true age no matter what, nd you're a fool if you dont know it. You've reversed nothing.
      Almost everyone that claims anti aging to be a reality is going gray, has thinning or receding hair, and wrinkles (and almost surely shrinking in stature), why haven't those processes been arrested and gone into reversal or at least remission in those individuals, including the guy featured in this video. Unless he's 70 he does not appear 15 years younger than his age, if that's David Sinclair he isn't yet 55 years old and neither man had the appearance of a peraon in their 30s.

There is a lot of info that contradicts what he said about it. Not to mention I haven’t felt this good in a very long time. Maybe ever. No pharmaceuticals anymore and I’ve dropped a lot of weight and will continue to do so. I have more energy than ever and I actually enjoy working out. Plants are not necessarily your friend. the progress in finding effective supplements and perhaps even gene therapies is here but so many are starting way behind with their health. the way people eat and drink. will supplements do much for obese persons with all the health issues associated with that? vegan is better than the "normal" diet but so much nutrition is lost from not getting animal protein and fat and organs and bone broth/marrow. unfortunately it has become too political. removing carbs and grains and increasing animal fat and olive oil fat has turned my health completely around, lost 40 pounds (and keeping it off) all biomarkers and bloodwork are perfect. too bad that meat has been demonized for decades. need studies on health conscious meat eaters who exercise and who don't eat buns and pasta and pie and drink soda, that combination with meat is of course bad. there is a bias toward vegans because they are health conscious.

    He’s so shady in saying it’s just a fact. That’s def a red flag. Especially cause we’re all supposed to be eating crickets and bugs. And cow farts make them a global warming threat👿

    Not quite true, the native Americans have existed on a a meat based diet for hundreds of years and their longevity is the amongst the best in the world. When studying people who lived to be 100+ they found that they eat a variety of different foods including meat, fish, dairy, grains etc. Good wholesome food, not the garbage coming out of factories. The only thing that these people had in common was LOW BLOOD SUGAR. As hunter gathers we existed on a diet of meat, veg and fruit and very little sugar and carbs. The best marker of longevity is a strong body with strong muscles, you cannot get enough bio-available protein from plants, this is why vegan body builders consume vast amounts of plant protein powder in the form of peas and soya, which is NOT natural. A good mix of foods is the best diet including wholesome meat, fish, dairy, eggs and veg/fruits. The fact that you are here today proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that whatever your ancestors ate was sufficiently good enough to allow your body to function today. If we continue to eat the rubbish that we are eating today in the developed world it will not be long before we cease to exist as a healthy functioning species.

      You're welcome to think what you want, but Sinclair *does* base his ideas on quantitative, repeatable evidence.

      @@prawdziwaapiterapia Your statement is vague and of uncertain meaning. *What*, exactly does one "never know"? If David Sinclair bases his recommendations on verifiable facts and repeatable scientific experiments, his ideas are more "knowable" than vague deprecation.
