    Omg the amount of work you do to prepare your food.. 😱hats off for that! No wonder why ur lost so much and could maintain still... u r truly inspirational.. love ur calm way of talking without any alattal or alaparai... i still havent given up and lost 3 kgs.. way to go... xx

    Day 2 deit with full body exercise 1 hour evening yoga 30 mins

      Yes, I would keep an eye on barley and keep it low since it has carbs. Kollu ad Jeera are very good options.

      Yes, coconut milk has good fat. Overall, pls try to stick to 1200 cal plan. It is overall calories that matters. We need to give some deficit for the body.

      I avoid gluten as much as possible due to my hypothyroidism.

      May be a month or 2 Vishnu Priya. It took me 10 months to come from 95 Kgs to 72 Kgs. I might be quicker for you.

      This is much less carbs compared to what I eat and lost weight. Being a vegetarian, it is very difficult to go zero carbs. For night or lunch, do salads. That is the best way to not eat carbs. My best wishes.
