Yes, coconut milk has good fat. Overall, pls try to stick to 1200 cal plan. It is overall calories that matters. We need to give some deficit for the body.

This is much less carbs compared to what I eat and lost weight. Being a vegetarian, it is very difficult to go zero carbs. For night or lunch, do salads. That is the best way to not eat carbs. My best wishes.
