I actually think olenna would still kill Joffrey in this timeline, she already heard the rumors about how cruel he was (that’s why she wanted to meet Sansa to begin with) and while Sansa’s testimony was what made her decide to kill him in the canon timeline I do think she would’ve came to that decision some other way, olenna wasn’t the type of person to take unnecessary risks especially when her family is concerned. I don’t think she’d need concrete evidence to make her decide to kill him but if she does I think Joffreys interaction with the women Tyrion hired from him would do it. She worked with little finger in canon so it’s not crazy to say she’d do so in this timeline.
I totally agree, there also the fact that she's smart enough to see how uncomfortable Joffrey is vs. Tomman whose much more even tempered and there for easier to control.
This Changes Everything. If he leaves with Sansa, they are going by horse and he isn't meandering around for weeks getting drunk and hiding out like he did before finding Arya, they're going straight to her mother's home/Brother's FOB: River Run. With Catelyn/Breanne fleeing Storm's End after Renly's Death, Stannis taking Storms End and Marching on Kings Landing within 2 days, kicking off the Battle of the Blackfire, which Sandor left Well Before Tywin arrives. They will arrive at River Run, with word that Arya escaped too around the same time as Cat and before word of Bran & Rickon removing any reason to free Jaime. Word would be sent to Robb and his Bannerman of Sansa's and to look for Arya in time for Roose to see Tywin weakened, and figure out he has Arya and send her to River Run to ingratiate himself with Robb along with sending his Dreadfort garrison to actually reinforce against the Iron Born at Winterfell, (with Orders to kill Ramsay to distance himself from the Hornwood ordeal and make way for a legit heir with Walda tied to the Northern ruling family) That will lead to Theon coming clean before his execution that Bran & Rickon escaped. This and the news of the Girl's escape will likely keep Robb from falling into despair and marrying Jeyne. Along with realizing he got pretty close to messing up with Jeyne and hurrying back to Marry Roslyn to keep anything from jeopardizing the union, which will open the door for secret negotiations with the Reach for an alliance through Sansa/Garland. No Red Wedding, Tywin's heir hostage, and a secret Tyrell alliance that would lead to Joffrey still being poisoned and the Redwyne fleet covertly pushing the Iron Born back just enough to keep their raiding concentrated in the Westerlands. This all also changes the Tywin/Tyrion dynamic. With Jaime still prisoner Tywin doesn't allow Joffrey's death to be pinned on Tyrion, because he's his only heir.
@@klaudiabiela3234 honestly, Ned probably gets told and then goes home for a funeral and to be with his family, so this would probably just merge with other 'Ned isn't in Kingslanding' timelines, and with Ned probably alive Cat's role in general would be massively reduced anyway so the consequences of her death would be butterflied away.

Yes, she wouldn't look like a boy, but she's not going to pass for that anyway. Might as well make her look like a field hand, cook, cleaner - common wife more or less. By far, the harder one to hide in the traveling scenario with the Stark girls was never the Stark girls - it's The Hound. He's one of the most recognizable people due to his scars, and even if they might not know him off hand, those will draw more attention.

There are two items to think about regarding Sandor and Arya/the Brotherhood. First, Sandor would be trying to take Sansa as safely but quickly as possible to the Starks at Riverrun, and so he may run into Yoren’s caravan on the Kingsroad. Arya would recognize The Hound and Sansa, which might change the course of events. Second, if the Lannisters are hunting for Sansa/Sandor, then the Brotherhood would find out about it and would be hunting for them as well. Rather than coming across the Hound passively, they may be actively keeping a watch, leading to the Hound arriving at the BwoB camp.
If we have no red wedding, then Roose Bolton is cooked. Since Brian got Jamie back to Kings Landing, what’s stopping Brian from sending a letter back to Rob & Catlin explaining what happened at Harrenhall
Iunno, I think Sansa could pass as a really delicate boy. She's a little more developed, but she's not got anything that even needs strapping down yet. You cut her hair and play her as a little simple, a little Hodor even from her real trauma, and she'd pass fine enough, especially since they'll be starving for however long their little road trip lasts. Any development she was gaining would be stopped in its tracks and even somewhat reversed (personal experience, trust me). Think, ironically on several levels, Sweet Robin... and also a lot of Littlefinger's little boy birds. The real question is if that'd make her any safer tho in any way but identity veiling. The delicate effeminate boychildren tend to do as poorly on the street as the girls do, ask those little birds (oh wait, you can't). Arya at least had spunk. Sansa does too, but not the gutter kind that'd pull the "aw look the kitten has claws" minor intimidation/endearnent Arya invokes.
I think the bigger change with the red wedding is that roose and Walder wouldn't work together as they both stand to get the same thing, the north, if Rob dies, walders son by marriage gets winterfell, meaning the Bolton's don't get it as both houses can't get it at once
