    Isa pang consideration dapat ay kung ang isang protein source ay may malaking BCAA score (ex. Tofu ay may maliit na BCAA score while ang Egg ay perfect 100). Regardless sa price per grams ng protein na provided ng pagkain.

    As a College student that only relies on his Freelance Job as source of income, I found Tofu as an easy, enjoyable, and affordable Protein food. Grind lang tayo ng grind guys! Next time pag graduate na at may maayos na work na, chicken breast na talaga.

    For those peanut butter lovers like me, I recommend powdered peanut butter products. Like Athlene Whey, their price might be high for some people but it's good for long term plus it's a good protein source. Contrary to regular peanut butter, the powdered ones have little to no fat, hence, lesser calories. Hope this helps to some of you. Anyway, thanks Coach Jacob for another informative video!

      I suggest though na punta na mismo sa source which is peanut. You can just roast it and mas maraming nutrients makukuha mo kaysa sa I processed which is depending on the brand, mapapamura o mapapamahal ka

    I stop pumping from the start of July to October 18. I started pumping last week. I feel demotivated when not pumping I'll try my best to not stop again. Thank you for this affordable protein tips you shared to us. Never stop for something unworthy.

    Love Athlene for supplementing daily protein needs. Just wished they made some kind of tupperware container (would love it to be Athlene branded) for easier scooping and better storage.

    I just watched this yesterday and just recently knew about Athlene and ngayon I just learned in Tiktok about gaano kakaunti ng g of protein per serving ang ibang brands like K5 and A1. Kudos for promoting Athlene! It indeed has 24g of protein per serving unlike sa mentioned brands na 2.4 -3g of protein per serving according to a recent study

    Thanks for this! I just started hitting the gym, and although I am aware of the most common protein rich foods, I am not familiar with the cheap ones in PH markets. I am leaning towards consuming these because I cannoy afford whey protein powder. Haha. Plus, advantage is we can get other essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, etc.
    But if I have budget, I may also consider whey protein.

    Great info! I kind of started late trying to gain some muscle mass at the age of 45 y/o but for us Filipinos, batang-bata pa diba? hahaha
    One thing to note these "FARMED FISH" are not very good to consume long term... we are so close to the ocean that I would rather eat "wild caught" fish over farmed fish. Also tuna may contain a lot of mercury, so I would definitely opt in the smaller wild caught fish...
    Lastly, I'm glad I came across your channel as I was thinking really hard about taking my whey protein with me, but looks like we have our product of our own.

    yung sa tofu depende yan sa nag mamanufacture may iba kasi puro tubig yung laman kaya 60/kg lang.gumagawa rin kami ng tofu minsan at depende sa consistency yung protein/grams pero sa munggo try ko yun

    Potato/Patatas is a decent source ng protein at amino acids. Thanks for mentioning Tuna, hindi lang ito source ng protein, ang omega content ng tuna or ng mga isda ay maganda rin as aid for muscle recovery. And mostly legumes and beans ay mayaman sa protein, tulad ng munggo as you mentioned, soy beans, peas, and so on so forth.

    1. Gardenia Black Forest, 22g of protein per 2 slice. 10 slice is 75-80 pesos. 1.46 pesos/protein. 2 slice consist of 240 cal, 4g of fat and 29g of carbs

    Hi coach! paano po mag track ng macros if luto na yung pagkain? Gaya po ng mga pagkain na ginigisa or adobo yung halo halo na po yung ingridients pano ko po kaya ma trtrack yun? Mag tatry po ako mag track ng calories (calorie deficit) kasi feeling ko napapasobra ako ng kain pag parang walang guide or rule ako na sinusunod 😅

    A lot of prepackaged fish, especially yung cream dory mag net ka lang ng 200-300g sa isang 500g pack. Daming ICE. You can’t trust the nutrition facts all the time.

    Lagi kasama sa diet ko ang laman loob. Mataas kase sa micronutrient ang laman loob : Zinc, Selenium, Iron.
    Importante kase sa katawan lalo na ng mga lalaki ang Zinc. I suggest mag add din tayo ng zinc supplement kase nakakataas to ng testosterone. Which is makakatulong sa muscle building, immunity, recovery at siempre libido haha.
