Along with that the hybrid saiyans have more potential than an average saiyan. That’s because they have 'humanity' in them and express emotions a lot more. Xicor was raised by a goddess. So yes while he may has a lot of latent potential; he’s far stronger due to the guidance of someone of a much higher rank.

@Ethan Huckie Viterbo that's actually pretty hard because there are two versions of ssgss...the manga goku has yet to master it so in a way he may be able to push that form even more...but in the anime he has sort of because he has enough control to put kioken on top of that. So going based off manga I'm going to say goku do to probably having more potential in store.

Im so into Xicor as a character that i feel its underappreciated as a whole and killed off in some variants of AF while returning in others to join the Z Fighters after sometime. Xicor may have been "evil" but only through manipulation by his mother Lila. Sounds much like Vegeta and him being influenced by being raised by Frieza. Some Mangas of AF have it that Xicor came back and reformed himself and even got married and helped bring about the next generation of Z Fighters. Including facing off against an Evil Version of Goku that was created as a result of Goku being brought back too early back in the Xicor Saga. After all, Syn Shenron did forewarn of the Shadow Dragons' return when he came back as well. Just not quite in the form we think of. If you read the Evil Goku Saga, Evil Goku came about due to the Negative Energies residing in the Dragon Balls and not being allowed to purify in the Dragon Realm, since Goku was brought back during the Xicor Saga and the fact that Goku was also merged with Shenron as well. So the energies began to consume Goku and eventually created a shadow verion of Goku. Its almost like having a Majin version of Goku if one ever existed except this Evil Goku created its own body which weakened Goku greatly as a result. Its quite interesting but, like the Xicor Saga, its incomplete.

It is kind of stupid though. Xicor is like some edgy OC you would find on DeviantArt.
In this she survive the attack of Buu and get alone in the space in coma. She was imortal and not die in the space and proceed years thinking why a mortal like Majin Buu is stronger than her, a Kai. She get furious and when start her plans when wake up. She whished to make a perfect child with power and divinity. She goes first for Cold (the strongest of the universe in this time) and give birth to Freeza, who was smashed by Goku. She collect the DNA of Goku and create Zaiko. Zaiko is mission is destroy the mortals, proof that the gods are supreme. Basically, it is Zamasu.
