Hi everyone! Let me know if you have any questions about anything I talked about in this video. PLEASE make sure to watch the section on components - they can be a massive timesaver for you when working with repeating objects in SketchUp!
Hi, thanks for the great videos. at 16:50 when you do the move tool and divide by 3, can you explain how you did that? I tried to recreate that by watching and listening to your clicks, but I get mixed results and most of the time it just actually moves the cylinder. It look like you made sure only the top circle was selected first? I made sure control was pressed as well. Thanks
Can someone please explain what he is doing 16:43 -17:05 he is splitting up the cylinder in to 3 faces but it does weird shit when I to us the move tool to and enter divide by 3 (/3) it wont divide and the components of the other cylinders does not change when I make any changes to the cylinder. I was able to follow everything until this part.
@@arien6882 You need to do within a sequenced combo continuously (1) M CTRL (2) put down your copied object (3) type x5 , then it will automatically pop up
Star es asterisco. Él dice que puedes usar ambos asterisco (*) y (x) para hacer copias. Digamos que moviste algo, entonces puedes escribir o x5, o *5 para hacer 5 copias.
