This is nice and exceedingly well done extremely informative to the person who has never made a before. Now anyone can think their way through a similar process I had or idea where to start.
I want to make sure these calipers will fit with my wheels before I try to do this so I wanted to see if you could get one measurement for me. I need the measurement from the rotor face out to the edge of the caliper.
Would u happen to have a part number for those allen heads that you used to mount the caliper to the bracket as well as the part number for the rotors? And great work as well💯💯
It's been a while since I did this. I think the bolts came from the hardware store and the rotors are off 2006-13 zo6 corvette. I don't know the part number, sorry. Thanks for the comment
I know this is oldish but, The 98 Blazer is an S10 Blazer so the S10 spindle Bracket for Brembos should work I would think. Edit: I forgot it was a drop spindle but i still think if they have it for a 2wd S10 truck it would still work
You are probably right however the 2wd blazer spindle after a certain year is drastically different from the s10 pickup spindles and they don’t allow bigger than stock brakes unless you cut away a lot of the spindle which is why these blazer ones are such a popular choice for big brake kits
I do not care for your bracket were the taper holes are it looks like you could of cut those brackets a little wider to accommodate the taper bolt better. Also I do not think grinding the spindle down so much in that area to 1/4 inch was a good idea as Cast iron is not as strong as cold/ hot roll steel. Especially Ductile Cast. I think you created a weak spot.

very informative stuff thank you Yeti Garage. I have a question I have an 84 vette can I used this parts for that particular application?
I don't think so, but I've never worked with c4 corvette brakes
Kor3 makes the caliper bracket for the blazer spindle
For the Blazer drop spindles?
Clean set...
Do have any brackets for sale
Nice work
Thanks
Can you make those brembo brackets for me , I have blazer spindles with 2015 Chevy brembo calipers
Good content 👍👍
Thank you 👍
How much would u charge to make me a bracket like this and ship it to me?
Sorry, I don't make parts. Thanks for the comment
You used 3/8" plate? No spacers?
It's really close with no spacers. I might run a really thin washer to get it perfectly centered.

What size wheels will clear this setup?
I'm running 20's, not sure if smaller will clear
The rotor/ caliper combo 18inch clear, oem on the ast gen cts v but probably not all 18s
? 2012 ctsv disc rotors can I use instead of corvette. Do the ctsv rotors won't fit?
I'm not sure, I've never looked at cts-v rotors
HEY, WHAT KINDA ROTORS DID U USE?
AC Delco 2006 z06 Corvette
Hey, how much for

No, sorry, I don't sell parts. I tried to give enough dimensions that you could make your own.
e-bay s10 blazerspindle brake swap
CPP c5 gbody spindle is so much cleaner and easier
