    This Raw Mango Fish Curry will be extremely delicious with the flavors of being spicy and tangy..Just a bowl of plain rice will be an excellent combination with this fish curry..

    Ingredients:
    • Coconut - 1/3 Cup
    • Garlic Cloves - 4
    • Small onion - 4
    • Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
    • Tamarind
    • Sambar Chilli Powder - 4 Tablespoon
    • Tomato - 1
    • Onion Vadagam - 1 Teaspoon (Will be available in SuperMarket)
    • Raw Mango
    • Salt - As Required
    • Fish - 250 Gram
    • Oil- 3 Tablespoon
    • Water - 3 Cup
    To Grind:
    • Coconut - 1/3 Cup
    • Garlic Cloves - 4
    • Small onion - 4
    • Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
    Preparation:
    • Grind Coconut - 1/3 Cup, Garlic Cloves - 4, Small onion - 4 , Pepper - 1 Teaspoon to fine paste and keep it separately
    • Soak tamarind in water for half an hour
    • In tamarind water add 4 tablespoons of sambar chilli powder and 1 tomato.
    • Mash it with your hand and keep it separately.
    • Now heat pan and add 3 tablespoons of oil.
    • Add vadagam.
    • Add tamarind water ie tamarind water + 4 tablespoons of sambar chilli powder + 1 tomato and leave it to boil.
    • Once it starts boiling add grinded coconut paste with 1 cup of water and leave it to boil.
    • Add raw mango pieces and salt as required.
    • Now add Fish and leave it to boil.
    • Do not overmix after adding fish.
    • Cook for 5 mins and switch of the flame.
    Serve with rice
