      Abs... olutely! 😁 .. I've no idea how I stumbled in here, but, she's very impressive and a great presenter too! I hit the gym just once a week due to work/carer responsibilities but do a bit from home a couple of times a week in between. A few of these leg raises in the mix not a bad idea at all! :)

    HERE ME UPP!! If you want to see your abs you need to do TWISTING EXERCISES!! Don't just stick to basic linear motion movements, try adding moves like the Russian twist or some different cable moves!! They really bring out your abs and showcase them better than ever!!

    • @Muslimah1987
      @Muslimah1987 5 лет назад +55

      I can vouch for this! I did the same ol' abs exercises for months and while I got results, the 'abs lines' only came in once I added the twisting stuff - side planks etc. The abs are a large muscle group so makes sense that exercising different regions gets the most effective results.

    • @islagurney3272
      @islagurney3272 5 лет назад +19

      Yeah because those exercises work your obliques as well as your rectus abdominis so your entire abdomen section tones up and you can get 'ab lines' and 'v-lines'. However, you don't need to do them to see abs but obviously, it helps.

    • @mercsan117

      @@AstheaTV Except to have that low of a body fat percentage, where you would see ab definition with minimal training, you're probably not "in the kitchen" (in the sense that you would likely have to have a highly restrictive, potentially disordered diet). The same is true for any muscle group, yet we never talk about them like that. You're going to have more arm/leg/back/whatever definition the lower your body fat is, yet people still train arms/legs/back/whatever in order to increase that definition at a healthy body fat percentage.

    • @TheBongSauce
      @TheBongSauce 5 лет назад +4

      @@MystiqueHarmony This. Tired of people not using proper verbiage on this topic. Everyone has Abs. Everyone! if you wanna see your abdominal muscles, you need to get lean which means you need to eat clean and burn them excess calories. You don't even have to do crunches of any sort to build ab muscles as there are many other exercises like squats that indirectly train them. Other than when i was in high school and the military, i never trained my ab muscles - but when i decide to get lean, because of all the indirect training, I'm blessed with great abs. Always get questions as to how do you get abs, and to make them look like that etc etc. For me it was swimming, squats, and deadlifts. All that core training got me the abs aesthetics i have today. But it takes hours of cardio and a micro managed diet to see all this hard work.

Eat a whole foods plant based diet, with no oils cut out processed foods, lose the fat then the abs will show through. Work then then they will show themselves more. @@RiKo18 I'd love to see what kind of progress glutes make after 6 months training everyday. A lot of people say you need rest days etc. to grow. Also what kibd of musculature woild develop as a result. I bet millions of people are curious to see that result

    Thank you for posting this AND HOW you did it. I needed this guide. I avoid abs days like it’ll kill me BUT the way you tackled it is actually realistic for me. 4 sets of 20 reps each day I have time for that!!! As a busy mom you just showed me this goal AB-solutely reachable! You just made my day better! Yes...yes I am very corny BUT Thank you for this most valuable video girl!!!!

      Good point. She doesn't have any built abs, and nobody can do that in 1 exercise 3 min per day. She's just so skinny that you see all her anatomy, which includes her skeleton, musculature, etc. That's not fitness, though. For real female fitness, check out that Swedish RUclipsr Hanna Oberg is her name I think

      @@whatwhatupdudes5070 hi, so i am not either the best but i wish i head learned earlier to cook delicious, like everyone here in europe cooks because they learn in school, and im so behind on that. so i learned how to cook good rice, good meat / chicken and tasty salad/greens, and now its a joy to eat "healthy" or just to eat, technically
