100% awesome combo for ACL tears!
Struggling to even attempt the Deadlift with the low bench. Im also 10 weeks in but the pain when attempting these type of exercises is unbearable :(
How is this deadlift safe at 10 week when it's most fragile for rupture?
We typically start running at 11-12 weeks… A light deadlift like this puts very little translational force through the knee and therefore is plenty safe.
@@OverheadAthletics thanks. I was more worried about the fact of knee shaking and not being stable enough to pull the weight up. I understand it's 40-50% of maximum power but I am wondering if in the state of rupture being most fragile and almost dead, isn't it creating any additional unecessary risk?
