Hi Ian. As far as I am concerned, there is no reason to be disappointed for a long time about the "failure" of that one photo with the 2 birches. The 7 photos you show us are all special. My preference? Number 2! Beautiful composition, colors and lines to ... yes, to what !? That makes this photo my favorite. Have a good day and stay healthy.
Loved the two birch trees but my favorite is the second photo. That big tree is spectacular and the side light really made it stand out. All of the photos are beautiful but those two stood out to me.
Hi Ian, I've only just found your channel and I'm very pleased that I did. What a shame you couldn't get down into the quarry. I had a similar experience at Maligne lake back in 2009. There was a snow blizzard on the first day and a film crew had acquired all of the marine transport on the second day, so I couldn't get across the lake for the shots I wanted. As for your images, I really like images 2 & 4.
Ian - you experienced one of the universe's immutable canons - that of SOD's Law....but as you say the Human qualities pf patience and perseverance meant" that every cloud has a silver lining"
Thanks Ian - totally worth viewing as usual. Lone golden tree beautiful but I'm a sucker for the Pikes and never tire of seeing them - and you're capture was great. But all images well worth the previous days efforts. Stay safe Ian - looking forward to your next vlog 😊👍📸👌
All good images Ian, my personal favourites are 1,2 and 6. If I had to choose one I would go for image 1, something a bit different with lovely subtle colours. Thanks for another great video.
Great Vlog Ian, shame about Pinewood being at Hodge Close so you couldn't shoot your subjects you had in mind but you made up for it on the second day. Great images, my favourites are the tree over the winding path and the shot looking back towards the Langdales.
I had a few occasions when I turned up on a location and there was a photo shoot or filming was going on or the other one when a car park is under construction and no other car park near, it can put you off a bit and also it's not fair these people use a location like they own it. Anyway I'm sure you had a good time regardless and I'm happy you had luck the following day.
Thanks for watching buddy, yeah not sure what gives them the right to take over a complete area, i guess they pay large sums of cash to the national trust 😀😀👍
Shame I missed you Ian we were in the same location on the same night. They were filming the Witcher for Netflix with Henry Cavill. They disrupted my shoot too. Great to see your photos and as always a really professional vlog. Very good. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 The quarry will be there waiting for you next time my friend.
Sometimes things seem to conspire against us,but when it all comes together,it’s worth it!
So true Neil 👍👍
So the key is patience and perseverance. I thoroughly enjoyed the images, your efforts making them and bringing them to RUclips. Thanks Ian.
Many thanks Rick 🙏🏻🙏🏻👍

I like 4 6 3 in that order. All 7 are good images but I do like the landscape shots which are not too wide and distant.
Thanks for watching buddy, much appreciated 😀😀👍
I absolutely love the 2nd photo. Number 4 is my 2nd choice. I really like the pastel colours of most of them.
Good choice! Thanks for watching buddy 🙏😀👍

Well done Ian, very patient!! I love the fourth image, the way the tree follows the contours of the rocks. Bloody Pinewood!!!
indeed, Thanks for watching buddy 😀😀👍
Nice shots 👍🏻 for me I like number 3 (lone gold/yellow leafed tree) and the second from last (wide vista).
Thanks Richard 😀😀👍
Great images Ian...thanks for sharing. My favourite is image 2 with the large tree 👍
Mine too! Thanks for watching buddy 😀😀👍
Footage is on point Ian 👌👌
Thanks Matt 👍🙏

Thanks Steve, appreciate your feedback 👍👍😀
I’m loving the channel. Such useful information presented in such an easy to comprehend manner! Thank you!
You're very welcome! Thanks for watching buddy 😀😀👍
Great photos, Ian! My favorite is a toss up between the image with the tree and winding lane and the black and white. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching Terry 😀😀👍
Nice one Ian. Good to meet you on "day 2" and so glad that you bagged those seven great images.
Thanks Andy, great to meet you too, loving your work mate, top stuff 😀😀👍
@@ian_worth Thanks Ian
...oh gawd...after lots of "umming and eering" and head scratching I'm going to pick Image no 6!🙂👍👏🇬🇧
Good choice! Thanks for watching buddy 😀😀👍
The last pic was my favorite !
Thanks for your vlog, and I am thinking to buy your art set, by the way
Thanks Thierry, your support would be very much welcome. Any questions please let me know.🙏🙏🙏 www.iworthphotos.com/2020-box-set/2020-print-box-set
Great images Ian, I like number 3, the B&W trees and the last 2 images.
Many thanks much appreciated 🙏🙏👍
Very nice pics, but nrs 2 and 4 really stand out - because of the middle-earthy feeling I guess.
Many thanks Simon, 🙏🙏😀
Great Vlog Ian, shame about Pinewood being at Hodge Close so you couldn't shoot your subjects you had in mind but you made up for it on the second day. Great images, my favourites are the tree over the winding path and the shot looking back towards the Langdales.

Yeah thanks James, it would have been good to bump into you. I will definitely be returning 🙏😀😀
Can’t choose between 1& 2 , both lovely not that the others aren’t good too
Thanks Andrew 👍👍🙏
We had a similar issue with film crews at Blea Tarn (Netflix The Witcher).
Me too geoff, that was my following days video, turned up there at 5.30am only to see it all going off again, what can you do 👍👍😀
If that was Pinewood Studios then it could be for the next Jurassic Park film.
Hi Chris, I believe it was the second series of the Witcher 👍👍😀
Hi Ian Image 3 for me
Thanks for watching buddy 😀😀👍
Really enjoy these clips but does anyone else think he sounds like Mick Jagger? Just a thought ☺️
Never thought about it, but maybe i do 😀
