What I love about your videos is the way it makes me think about the different ways to take a shot. The piece about the macro shooting was brilliant & such a help. Separation is an interesting topic, one I hadn't really thought much about. Thanks once again, Ian.

Hi Ian. Another excellent video. Really like your videos, and look forward to your next one. I used to follow a certain famous landscape photographer, but they have lost their focus, and more into the latest expensive gear, which most viewers can't afford or want. The best gear is that which is used, no matter if it is an old model. Photography is simple, just enjoying the outdoors and capturing moments of reality based on your perspective. Two people at the same location will take different photos based on their unique perspectives, and that's what makes it so beautiful. Your videos continue to inspire to get the camera out and enjoy the outdoors. Thanks. Keep up the great work!

Thanks Ian, I’ve been appreciating your videos now for a long while. As a Fuji shooter, can I suggest that you add focal length in your metadata for your pics. It helps to appreciate why you use the focal lengths you have.
    Thanks Peter NZ

Hi Ian, great video that got me interested in trying macro. I looked up the Fuji chart for extension rings for my 16-80 zoom. It says a working distance of 0.3mm with the 11mm tube ! Surely not 😅
