I have the M5 at size M and it's a bit tight around my temples and cheek bones. They're fine except when i'm doing longer rides i get kinda dizzy after a while. I love how light it is tho
@@ricr250 yes i followed the size chart and my previous helmet was also size M. I think it's due to my round headshape. Not quite sure what the recommended headshape for the M5.
@@rmatvmc Is 6d the only premium motocross helmet that has the inner shell replacement system? I recently had a crash in my shoei vfx- evo and it’s compromised. And it’s a hard bullet to bite when trying to get a new helmet
The Moto 10 will be out next year sometime during SX I think. I haven't been told an exact time. I haven't heard anything about Arai or Suomy coming out with anything new. - Chase
That is what the prices were at around the time we filmed this video. Since then, they've increased prices and they made some changes to the new M10 which brought the price up more. The new M10 will be in stock soon.
I used to buy Alpinestar gear back when they were made in Italy. Today their gear is hecho en China (or somewhere in the orient) so I'd rather spend my money on other brands.

Are they any good for hard enduro or are these just mx helmets? How is the low speed ventilation? Is stainless steel being used to fasten the straps?
I have the sm 10 is vents really good. I ride a lot of single track.
