Crock Pot Sauerkraut and Kielbasa (or smoked sausage)

- One of my Mother's go-to dinners because it's quick and super easy.
You can put it on in the morning and it'll be ready to go when you get home from work.
Start with your favorite sauerkraut - canned, jar, in a bag - Bavarian, crispy, fresh, homemade, store bought; it's all good, man.
Add an Onion (or other veggies too, it'll be fine, I promise!)
Add pepper and garlic powder, add your favorite smoked sausage, kielbasa or proper wiener.
Crock Pot on low; needs at least a few hours but you really can't over cook this one....

Where is the onion??
I do usually add onion to this masterpiece if I have one. And juniper berries depending on who’s coming to dinner.
