Honestly I believe it does, I did no fap before I started losing my hair, when I started fapping again I started thinning and receding pretty fast within a month, I know it sounds irrational and coincidental and possibly doesn't have a scientific explanation behind it but I'm willing to bet there's something to it whether it be dht or something else. If a reason (fap hairloss connection) doesn't have any scientific backing, it doesn't mean that it is false. Hairloss due to excessive fapping could be proven true in future, you never know.

In my experience, I feel like there's a placebo kind of effect when it comes to this. I notice when I look in the mirror, I can see my scalp a few centimeters through my hairline which trips me out. masturbating does dry the hair I think.
totally agree that porn has a negative psychological effects. I pretty much have a matured hairline and that made me feel anxious about going bald in the future. Whenever I PMO, i absolutely feel terrible and that my hairloss is getting worse but in reality its pretty much the same for the last years. I know this because I have a measurement of my hairline. I agree. This is different- much worse. I have admitted in other videos that I am one of the few men who can honestly claim I have never exposed myself to pornography. What people don't understand is ejaculation cause hairloss in those people who already have genetic hairloss condition that have passed down from their parents because their scalp are more sensitive to DHT. If you really love your hair then better go become asexual for ever like me.
Ive read that when someone have a mature hairline (not receding, never) is also for the sensitive to dht, in that case isnt neccessarily genetics. But of course if you have the sensitive to have mature hairline, if you fap, stress and many other bad habits, you can miniaturized your hair. And confused you with MPB, when is only bad habits.

Pornography affected my hair in my perspective. I started when I was 11 or 12 and I never knew the consequences it came with. My hair began shedding at mid 13 but I thought it was a process of puberty. When I turned 14, I decided to cut my hair off only to noticed that my forehead has gotten larger. Now I'm 16 almost 17 and my hairline is starting to curve out. I recently stopped masturbating and I also saw that my shedding has reduced quite a bit. All of the men on my mom's side still have hair including my grandpa. He died with a Norwood 2 and my uncles died with hair as well. Some of my dad's brothers still have hair and some don't. My dad didn't start losing his til in his early 40's.

You are super wrong about DHT. It's just that some people are way more sensitive to it than others. I tried nofap. Still loosing my hair. You got to find something that blocks the 5-alpha reductase, like pumpkin seeds.

Nofap doesn't cause hair loss, because it's actually helping me to stop shedding many hair strands. Since you're 19 your hairline might just be maturing. If it's not maturing and it's balding it might just be genetics, stress, or vitamin D deficiency. If you're worried and you still don't know what it is just wash your hair with cold water and this will help reduce hair loss.

Depends on your genes, both sides of m my grandparents, parents, and uncles had strong hairlines but when I turned 23, it hairline suddenly started receding after i binge fapped for 6 months straight. Before that I didnt fap nearly as much as you did, so you might be good to go if 4 times a day and youre still not experiencing anything.

I think the thing is high test means more dht and high test also means more sexual urges in mean I think it's not really as much fap because I just generally have high levels of testosterone I haven't noticed any difference in my hair loss when fapping vs no fap. One good thing about having higher levels though is your generally able to gain muscle mass faster so you could always go the bald buff guy route lol I still plan on going to get a transplant in Mexico next year but it's just personal preference honestly. I've noticed no difference in the amount of girls liking me with hair loss but have noticed when I'm working out getting ripped more girls notice 😂 More than likely everyone here has high testosterone so maybe work out a little it definitely helps mentally and boosts confidence.

@@7860092 on and off for years when I'm hitting the gym regularly though I see quick results compared to my friends with normal testosterone levels. It's almost like a inherited steroid but the only side effect is hair loss. Steroids are basically a unsustainable amount of testosterone however some of us generally have more. If you're experiencing balding you probably have high levels of testosterone try working out you'll likely find you improve faster than the average person.
