I'd like to buy plans but unfortunately the website only allows me to enter United Kingdom as my address and no other details. Although this is a figural purchase it requires a physical address and won't let me enter one, so sadly this is a lost sale.
@@NickBR57 Just contact him directly, he's very active on his forum and I am sure he can figure something out, maybe that wasn't thought about? I didn't have issues with my address, but I'm from Canada
Hey Paoson, to align the tablesaw to the sliding carriage, the easier method would be to wait until you have done the grooves on the sliding carriage, then measure the distance in between your sliding carriage's dado and the tablesaw's dado, cut a plywood piece of that size, put 2 "runners" in each dados and clamp the tablesaw's "runners" to the sliding carriage's runners, making sure that the runners don't stick out too much. That would align the dados perfectly (IF your tablesaw cuts straight the plywood obviously) and then you could fasten the tablesaw. I find that using your method (with an adjustable square) it is too random. Sometimes the ruler on the square isn't tightened properly, sometimes you don't reference properly to the dado of the tablesaw (mine has a very big chamfer, it touches the chamfer, not the flat wall), or sometimes you don't rest the square the same (the ruler is higher or lower, more angled) so the lenght is in theory not the same
You are extremely gifted in engineering. One idea I had that might improve on your design would be to use a rare earth magnet on the metal tabs sticking up so you would not have to focus on using your body to push the drawer in while sawing. Once it reaches the full travel of the slides it would seamlessly break contact to allow the sliding function to continue.
That is a SUPERSTAR idea with the drawer underneath for added support. You never fail come up with innovative designs and details for your builds. So impressive!
Sir, I just have to say, you're eye for design and detail is second to non. This is by far the best multi table design I have seen in ages. Thank you for sharing, I really enjoyed watching these videos.
That is one of the best ideas I have seen in a long time. Genius, pure genius. I will be purchasing plans in the near future. Great job. Man, that's cool.
Me ha encantado el sistema que te has montado para el carro, es muy ingenioso. Seguro que lo has pensado mucho y le has dado muchas vueltas antes de hacerlo. ¡FELICIDADES!
Of course the sliding table is awesome. I was just as impressed with how well you explained the process of each step. Many awesome products on YT but rarely do the makers explain steps sufficiently without going overboard with entertainment. In my humble opinion, that is. Thanks for sharing your work. God bless you
really... You come from another galaxy. I have never seen such an amazing project. Honestly and unfortunately out of my ability even if I could live 20 times ..
Hello ! You resolve my questions about how to make a slider carriage ! Thanks you for all détails about how to and dimensions. Thanks you a lot, your work is vert inspiring !
I have been doing diy wood working for about 18 months now and see countless hours of you tube videos… this is by far the most impressive video I have seen. That is an absolutely sensational design. Pure genius!!! 👍👌
Love the sliders for the table saw, I know the sled was as close as it could be, yet if the edge was much closer to the sawblade, it would be easier to cut angles & miters.. My table saw is also a slider, it is a Grizzly 14" 10HP.. Yes I know very expensive and takes up a lot of floor space.. I love your concept for the basically an all-in-one work station.. Sorry if I sounded critical, I actually love you design.. perfect for someone with limited space.. Thank you very much for sharing...
Chess masters try to think ahead 3, maybe 4 moves, but you have thought all the way to 10! Your forethought with the support built into the drawer for the carriage being able to cut much wider cross cuts!
Great work again Suso! I love the drawer brace support for the slider. The flip up tabs to open drawer as you pull are pure genius. One thought occurred to me was instead of using your leg to push drawer back in, Pocket a stack of a couple magnets in the wood to interface with those tabs. You may have to play with making the steel tabs a little bigger to get enough magnetic purchase but it sure would make it an automatic motion.
Amazing project and even better video. This may be the best wood working video I have ever watched. Amazing job on the voice over explaining what and why. Great system you have come up with .
No se si algún día le sacaré partido pero hacérmela me la hago, nada más que ver el vídeo me entran unas ganas locas de construirlo, me encantan sus vídeos, enhorabuena.
EXCELLENT! I had an idea like this in my head when building a new workbench but could not put all the parts together to see it working out well. Thank you for sharing your idea and putting it action. This will be one of my winter shop improvement projects for sure. :)
I saw many precision and attention for genial solution !!! I think that you should send your CV to Bosch or Dewalt.....Many congratulations and many thanks for your kind sharing ! Ciao Nicola from IT
Excellent and explanations. I'm going to attempt this project as it's the best I've seen and I've been looking for something like this for awhile. Will keep you updated. Thanks for your knowledge sharing. I'm retired now so hope to have more free time.

Brilliant! Love it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
thanks Mark!
Outstanding!
Ein beeindruckendes Projekt!
Fantastic Work
WoW! god work. Thanks!
Here's a tip. Place a magnet in such a way the drawer extender grabs the sled when used but not so strong it hold onto the drawer when letting pass.
Tim Byrnes, that's exactly what I thought when I seen how the metal tabs grab the drawer. Small magnet. Lol.
Very nice!! An elegant solution. Thanks for sharing.
I think that drawer for large plates is a good idea
I think I will try that too
