Hola Suso.
Do you account for the saw kerf on your cutting layout?
Can you please add a link for the pdf you used to make the router plate?

As engineer and woodworker I just say: this is awesome and you're sooooo valuable and awesome! Just great!
thanks Haensel!
Gotta tell ya, I love this router table. The whole setup is so well thought out and versatile. Really well done, sir.
This things a work of art! Love how you're able to use it to built it.
glad to see someone utilizing the miter slot. you’re probably the only one i’ve seen that even acknowledges that it’s there.
This is a joy to watch. Such precision and care
You have designed a remarkable worktable here and I am very impressed. One SURE mark of a professional is how easy they make a task/project look and you are obviously a pro. Thanks!!!
When a Mechanical Engineer/ Designer makes a workbench. You are amazing dude! 👏
E' semplicemente meraviglioso!
You are phenomenal!!! Love love this workbench/table saw/router! I especially love the sliding table for difficult and dangerous table saw cuts. It’s just amazing what you’ve designed
And I thought your table saw was good, but your router table takes thing up another level! Insanely brilliant!
I'm so blown away! Your work is immaculate; beautiful. Thanks for sharing your techniques and insights. So awesome.
very nice. thank you. bravo... be happy
Wow. Absolutely amazing work. Your attention to detail is masterful. Thanks for the video.
Seeing your level of skill I can't decide if I'm inspired or demoralized.
Demoralized. I realized in the first video that this was just a pipe dream I'll never be able to recreate even with plans lol.
NASA level. 🤯👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I have learned more about woodworking from your videos than any other source.
Thanks.
Loved it all, good material choices made, very well thought out design.. Very versatile.. Thank you for sharing..
Excellent work. A true craftsman.
This is superb, again. I bought your plans for the mobile workbench a while ago and I did two of them. Now the only thing I want is to buy and build this one!
Grande, grande, grande! Impecable!
Best Workbench ever
Es increíble todo lo que haces. Eres un gran creativo.

Outstanding!
You're pretty badass! Amazing job!
Buenísimo Paoson, admiro tu exactitud y limpieza trabajando enhorabuena
this is a very good project. seems to cost a lot of money. for me this is very heavy. thank you for sharing the video. very helpful idea for me.
Espectacular.
Great video, you always make it look so easy. I cannot wait to see the router lift you will build.
obrigado!
Cool, Thanks 👍👍👍👍
Nice... thank you.
Thanks a lot for sharing
Great job!!!
Two suggestions -- Mount your vacuum outlet near the bottom of the router's box, and two, put air holes in the acrylic door near the top -- this will allow a draft across the router and down to the outlet port. Otherwise the dust collection will not be nearly as effective as a closed box with suction near the top.I've built three different tops for my routers and trial and error led me to this solution. You may want to create a ramp toward the outlet too.
Hii sir
See 3 X 3 custom for some designs.
@@richs5422 she struggled with hers but finally got it nailed.
Super tidy build, really enjoying this series! I’ve just bought a new saw and about to rebuild my workshop. Ill be borrowing a few ideas for sure! Probably head over to your website to get those plans first!
Too bad I have to work now, to watch the whole thing. But, love your videos and can't wait for later this evening.

Great video. Your work is really ingenious!
You are unbelievable! Such a great pleasure to watch you working! I also loved your mobile workbench project and take some ideas for my own! Thanks so much!
thanks!
Molt bé, fantàstic.

Great job as usual 👍👍It' s a pleasure to see you working.

graciñas como sempre!
Just keeps getting better.
Keep 'er lit Bro!
Fantastic! Great video, a really nice design - which surely has to be the best on the internet?
(It's just s shame that birch playwood and HPL sheet is really expensive here in the UK - so much so, that the timber alone would cost > £300 for this project.)
Great build as always Suso! Thanks for sharing with us!💖👍😎JP
Excellent
Very nice work up as always! Professional work, appreciate the details explained in the video.
thanks!
man I just found your channel the other day, but I love it. you show a lot of good angles, and explain how you're doing things and little tricks, very well. and this video in particular has helped me rethink a design I was doing for a portable benchtop router table. I don't have one of those larger routers that someone would need for a table like this I have a DeWalt 20V(american .. 18v rest of the world) 1/4" trim router and I am only doing this for a one off project. I think I now have to invest in a larger router so I can buy your plans and build this, slightly modify it so I can just clamp it to my work bench, because while we have the same table saw (dewalt 10" jobsite it looks like to me) my saw is mounted to the rolling stand as my work shop is also my garage, and I need the mobility and smaller footprint.
thanks mate! I would love to see your router table when you finish it
@@Paoson_Woodworking I ran into some design problems....mainly I OVER counter sank a hole for a screw head, ended up going right through my 1/2" (roughly 12.7 mm) plywood. so back to the beginning to start over. But as soon as I get it done I will take some pics/videos and show you.
This is by far the best design I’ve seen in my 5 years (!) of watching RUclips woodworking builds… one question as I know you are in Europe: where do you buy the types of materials you used. I used to live in the US and there you would just get everything from Home Depot and Amazon. But I find that there is no real equivalent in Europe… any ideas are welcome!
thanks! in specialized woodworking warehouses, more info: www.paoson.com/blog/en/types-of-boards-used-in-woodworking-n139/
Very much like your projects and the way you lay out your videos. I would love to purches plans. But are finding them only listed in Euros.
Great design man! That’s pretty close to what I’ve envisioned; if I ever get the time to make it. 🙄😉
Super, was Du da wieder gebaut hast!
Nice one
Fantastic woodwork!!! A complete workbench! But how much time does it take???
For this build can you use the table saw fence as the fence for the router? Thanks
I would suggest a square-shaped cutout in the fence on each side of the cutting tool. It`s a bit safer and makes the dust collection easier.
I doubt your qualified to suggest anything to this guy.
new subscriber good stuff very nice
A Jazz man!!!
Could you add Andy Kline's vice to the router table side?
The board you are using should be MFB EN 622-2 (HB). The HB stands for hard board. It‘s only „HB EN 622-2“, when it is not coated/laminated. SwissKrono calls them CDF. Anyway, great things you are building for the workshop!
hi there,
Could you tell me where i could find the printable guide you used to mark the location of the coseponding holes for the router base?I can see you taping and gluing it up around the 11:20 minute. Thanks!
Hello,
Great videos en I like your precise way of working.
Can you tell me what ttrack you use for your hpl routertable? Wich size?

Thank you very much for the plans. I have a little problem with de Bosch Router. It's no longer available. By which machine can we replace it? Best Regards
Awesome, Congrats! How much time did it take to make the whole router table?
Why cut out an insert only to place the same piece of material into the same place where it belonged right from the start?
Phenomenal work! Where did you buy the bench top material?

Love the workbench, do you have an estimate of what this costs to build?
Very good work. I'like to know brand and type of blade in table saw have you used for laminated plywood. Thanks

Please Dear Friend help me with the very good idea measures tank you for video
I am following your series on this workbench as I am to build one myself and trying to find inspiration for different solutions. The differences between the original and the end results you are talking about in the videos - are they showing on the plans you have provided links to? This workbench is amazing by the way. Cannot wait for another episode.
The plans only include the original version, which you can see in the 3D animation. Changes are easy to reproduce by watching these videos
@@Paoson_Woodworking thank you for taking your time to reply and confirm. I appreciate that. Very interesting project, that gave me a lot of food for thought... I will surely check these plans and annotate the changes you have mentioned in the videos. A lot of useful features here...
@@szymondybowski7868 send me some photo if you finally do this project!
Hi, Before purchasing the drawings can you advise whether all aluminium channel sections, screws, threaded screws are available in the UK? Also do the drawings illustrate how to alter dimensions to suit alternative table saw type or do I need to source one which matches yours? Regards. Les
send me a private email please!
Hello, I am very interested in your mobile workbench and am considering purchasing your plans. Do you have an idea of the total cost of the materials for its realization?
Sorry for the bad English, I used the google translator.
Thanks in advance,
Sincerely,
Manuela
Wowwwww
Hello Suso,
First of all, congratulations for the design of the entire bench; from far the best I’ve ever seen in UTube !
I see that you are using the Bosch GMF 1600 router, but in the documentation that you posted I’ve also seen the Makita RT0700 kit with various sockets and at a more affordable price although it has less power. I would like to ensure that one of this socket can be used as a lift to mount it as a router table without major modification, but it’s hard to tell from the pictures I’ve seen. Of course I would like to adjust the depth from the top, without having to access the router from inside the cabinet. Could you please confirm that this is the case and that it would be sufficient to buy this kit and a plate ? Or do you think the Bosch is a far better option ?
hi Alexandre, the Makita RT0700 kit does not have the option of adjust the depth from the top, you have to do it from inside the cabinet, sorry. You can make a homemade lifting system, I have in mind to build one for my Bosch, the current system does not work correctly.
@@Paoson_Woodworking thanks for reverting back; now I know that neither options seem ideal; I’ll follow your posts with great interest to see if there is a good way around it; the cost of these lifts is prohibitive (the nice ones, I mean)
Many thanks and keep up your extraordinary work ! Best regards !
@@Paoson_Woodworking Thanks for this info, I've just purchased your excellent plans and am starting the build too. Do you think the Festool 1400 or 2200 would also be appropriate or is the Bosch the only one with this function of height adjustment from the top?
