  • The “Lord of the Roots” returns to Shaping Fire with a fourth book in the essential “Teaming with Microbes” soil food web series. On this episode of Shaping Fire, host Shango Los talks with author and educator Jeff Lowenfels about bacteria’s role in the soil, endophytic bacteria’s rhizophagy cycle ducking into and out of plants themselves, the bacterial life inside cannabis seeds, and how to use these insights in your garden for thriving plants.

It continues to amaze me as to how similar the soil, microbiology, and plant interaction is to that of our own gut and microbiota relationship. The more I learn the more connections I see between us and plants and the way we operate. I wish more people would realize this. It's no wonder we treat our own bodies as poorly as our environment.

Amazing Show! Shaping fire always brings articulate intelligent conversation on cannabis cultivation. The trilogy blew my mind! This new book will propel what's left into the ozone I'm positive. I'd like to hear more on using indigenous microorganisms collected from local old growth areas imo2 has been a great addition to my teas. I wonder how plant ferments used in knf and jadam work in all this. I'm seeing the results from all three but it would be nice to understand the science behind it as much as I can.
    Thanks for the show Shangro!!!

I saw it on audible and had no idea he was writing again after the auto flower book! I do remember him saying in an interview in the past, so much has come out since the teaming with microbes he felt he had to write another one lol. Guess he was serious. Thabks fellas, Ialways enjoy listening to you two talk!

What did you learn from his book. Everyone promotes it but no one can tell me what they learnt. I own the book BTW.

@@howiegruwitz3173 lol the old books? I if this new one is out yet but don't have it if it is. I didn't learn much applicable info but just information about what's going on in the soil and in the plant. I think I get what your saying. it would be nice to have books like this but told u how to apply the knowledge
