I’m a mechanic from America it’s very cool to see the subtle differences in the environment. But you look like you do a very good job and care about your tools and process as all good mechanics should.
As a Mechanic by trade in Australia, it makes me happy to see religious use of the torque wrench, far to many things are improperly or over tightened in this trade. I hate “ugga duggas” or “she’ll be right” Everything has a torque setting for a reason. Keep up the good work! 😃👍🏻
Tell me about, just got my car back and wheel nuts were overtorqued to the point my impact wrench struggled initially to remove and both the wheels they needed to remove were damaged from the socket they used.
What i like the most in this video is you struggle with the yellow strip thing in oil filter but you still showing this in the video instead of cutting that part. So much trusthy move for me. I hope you continue with this kind of details and confidence. Love your work, keep it up!
Love the way your work is so sterile and the way you guys actually care about your customers cars like it’s your own really hard to find a garage like this now a days.
Attempted to Torque sump plug with faulty torque wrench or set to incorrect torque. Swapped wrench, clicked straight away when attempting to torque with new wrench…..plug over tightened….Puts undertray on…..
Bro u r good mechanic….and excellent works…only 1 problem your engine oil quality are not a good…u try castrol edge titanium plus this oil are made in sports car….
Tbh if u import a car from japan, you could say 9/10 it was a good maintained vehicle. especially bmw's, they are treated like rolls royces there (as we all should)
I work in a quick lube change, I worked faster but I'm not satisfied because sometimes I think I forgot something, like tightening the draingplug because of too much customer 😂
well done! Isn't it easier to buy a barrel of oil and drain the required volume from it onto the car? It's more convenient, environmentally friendly, and probably cheaper.
No man straight times but it just how my mentor taught me his skills and approach to each every job, we’re always fully booked like crazy I mean super busy but we always finish all the job right around 3 ish in the afternoon and just sit around sipping coffee and just quite resting our ass off
Dude it’s a BMW. The oil filter housing and oil pan gasket come leaking from new. It’s factory underbody corrosion inhibitor. I’ve had 5 BMW’s, so I know this to be true.

What is the green can you pour in the oil before change ?
@Emil Wertheimer an additive to help boost performance
@@EWOverland probably some type of engine flush as that is typical to start engine for about 15 minutes after pouring in.

by the sound of that n20 idle, sounds like it needs a new oil pump sprocket and chain
What are you on about I just put a new spurious oil filter and cheap oil in it will be fine 🤣
@@2girls1cupp but first i pour some suspicious liquid in to my oil and run the car till the bearings start to grind a bit
@@blagoev3491 thats motor flush bro...it helps to clean engine before dumping the old oil
@@blagoev3491 Yup. I would dump my urine first and test it on Dyno. Wonder how many HP my urine can give in the car

Just curious why you took the huge skid plate off that wasn’t even where the plug was?
So the camera can see better
Check possible oil leaks
Its simple that its called i love my job
Excelente trabajo y video gracias por compartir tu gran esperiensia desde costa rica Maestro excelente
7:45 bad installation practice! Fill in some fresh oil before you install! The seales need to be lubricated!
Dam that Oring was calling him out 3:25
This way you can at least do two oilchanges a day!
No more video vertical, please 🙏
What is the fluid added before draining the oil ?
Engine flush
I want to know what substance is added to the engine before removing the oil. Thank you
I'm interested to know also.
It is most likely an „engine flush” additive.
Pro Tec is the manufacturer. They make oils and various additives. Give it a Google 👍
Great work ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Word of advice use rubber disposal glove when doing oil change (06:52) and not the one early in this video (02:50)

What is that liquid he put in the engine , in the beginning.Trying to get educated😎👍
By my knowledge… you can open the oil cap to put that thing in… without taking out the engine cover. 😂 You could done that after
Very good job

BMW allocate like 15 mins for an oil change . Dude would be minis 150% on productivity and more then likely sacked after a week or two 🤣
