Easy TEAM Secondary Clutch Upgrade: Delrin Washer

  • I have a TEAM B.O.S.S. secondary clutch on the Arctic Cat and wanted to be sure it was running smooth. A simple Delrin washer from Venom Products should do the trick.
    While this video features my clutch, the same concept can be used for any of the TEAM secondary clutch variations found on multiple brands and types of vehicles.

    What color loctite did you use

      Good question, I used blue loctite on those machine screws

    What speedwerx helix angle are you running? I’m thinking about trying a 50-47.36 in my 18 137 RR running a xs828 belt.

      It’s a straight 48 degree helix, which is what Jeremy recommended for my application. They were excellent to work with.

      @@ponycarfan Ok ok. I was thinking about running that one too but I was a little concerned about not having enough back shift on the tight trails. I’m going to try the strait 48 and see how it works. Thanks
