Yesss👏🏽 next vid should be how you finish your sleeves. I love your sleeves!
Yes, sleeves, please. Mine flare and I don’t want flared sleeves.
it looks like she makes little cuffs to fit the wrists, and since it’s so oversized the rest of the sleeve kinda puffs over the cuff so you don’t see it very well
Sleeves are pretty straightforward. I would add length in granny stitch pattern (depending on how much more sleeve I need) until a little bit before reaching where I want the cuff to begin, do a plain dc round, then do a couple of decrease rounds in dc. When the circumference is where I want it for the cuff with an even number of stitches, I would do a few rounds of alternating fphdc and regular sc to make a ribbed effect.
When ur making ur hexagon do u not turn ur work at end of rounds please?xx
Yes to this! I would love to know how wickedly does her sleeves
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your process! I love that there are multiple ways to achieve the same thing and seeing your process as compared to others I’ve seen is so incredibly helpful.
Thank you Andrea for sharing this with us!
I’m definitely going to give it a go using your tips.
Can’t wait for other tips and trick videos!!!
I love your process just to let you know it is so easy for me to understand. Thank you so much for making this and helping everybody. It’s so simplified I greatly greatly appreciate it!
This is awesome. I watch you all the time on TikTok and have been in your crochet circle when you did the scarf on zoom. It is fantastic to see you work up close and learn what tricks you use to create the cardigan. LOVE your nails btw
I know it’s a lot of work, but can you please do a tutorial video for the full size cardigan?? I try to follow patterns but do better with the visual and hearing it with the counts and such! You are amazing!! Thank you!
Thank you, Andrea! Your voice and demeanor is so soothing. I've never been able to figure out why my larger wearables basically stand on their own, now I do. Thank you, again!
Thank you so much for showing how to start the granny square hexagon. I love as so frustrated because everyone show how to put them together. I’m happy I found you💜Blessed Be
Hexagon cardis are my favorite thing to make, I really like seeing how everyone does them differently. Thanks for the tips and tricks! Can’t wait to see what comes next.
Thank you so much for the tips! It’s really helpful to know other ways to make these. I like how you skip that first cluster when starting a new round. Thank you again!
I’ve made 2 following her tutorials because you recommended her somewhere a while back. Because I was changing colors I compared her video to another and came up with a cross between the two. Haha but they’ve both come out pretty lovely. I love your look and can’t wait to watch more videos 😍 I’m striving to be able to sell my works and have a decent side hustle but everyone in my neck of the woods crochets so charging a liveable wage off them has proven difficult. I still absolutely enjoy making them. And also I NEED your hook. Absolutely stunning 😍
You inspired me to crochet a cardigan. I was trying to figure out what size hook you used but I didn’t want to bother you about it. So I just went for a 6.5 mm. Let me just tell you. My first adult sized cardigan is looking fantastic. Thank you for the tips and tricks.
I appreciate you sharing some of your techniques!! Thank you!
I was really needing a good tutorial for a hexagon cardigan! Thanks so much!

This was so helpful! Thank you for posting this. I agree with othet folks that I would love a sleeve tutorial. I love finished look of your cardis.
Thank you so much for sharing this! I first learned to crochet by making amigurumi so my natural tension is very tight so I really appreciate the tips regarding hook size and making sure to keep a loose tension :)
Thank you so much for sharing! You have inspired my current and first ever cardigan 💕
I love figuring out most things for myself, but this is a perfect help to get started on something new

Thank you so much for these starting tips. My brain has not been able to figure this out. I love seeing the ones you show on IG and I inherited so much yarn from Mom when she passed.
Thank you for sharing! You are very talented!!! Great job!!!
Keep slaying them Andrea!! Love your work and your videos. You are such an inspiration Queen! I'm here for the journey. I'd love to see a video of the yarns you like to use for your cardigans and/or your Wild Oleander Scarfs. I've made some cardigans recently and the yarns I used were just super stiff, even after letting it soak. I'd loved some recommendations, if it not too much to ask lol. Blessed Be 🫶
Thank you sooo much , I wish I could hug your right now. I was having trouble with a similar pattern and your pattern helped me a lot more , thank you soo much ❤️❤️🤗🤗

I have never been a big fan of tattoos, lol I’m 72 and only have one but I think yours are really pretty. 💜thank you for a great video. 👍🏻
Haven’t completed the video yet but the nails are tooooo cuuuuute!!
Thank you
i like this start spot technique, and the start changes each row which breaks up the line
Would love to see how you finish the sleeves
Thank you for making this tutorial I have started my cardigan. The question is will I actually finish it. 😁
Thanks for sharing Andrea! I'd love to see how you do color changes. Do you carry the previous color up or weave in all those ends? TIA
I love your cardigans ! How many rows do you do ? They are perfectly sized❤❤
Could u plzdo a video showing how u change yarn color
Can you post a video of how you do the extensions on the sleeves
Thank you Andrea. Just a quick question how many rounds do you do I have start one but most people do 24 i was just what you recommend please
What yarn are you using for the rainbow side?
Wonderful video,so essentially, the corners will always end up on top of eachother, righ?
Do u turn ur work at end of each round please ?xx
Hello jus wondering how many rows u ended on?
Does it matter that I like ch 2 for my corners?
Please please please give me some gage I’m not tight and I’m a j hook but not sure or confident enough to know if I need it bigger
I was just wondering - do you not turn your work each round? 🤔
How much yarn do you use to make your cardigan?
Your explanation of the hexagon is good. However, I didn't see the cardigan anywhere. Where do I see the cardigan?
Can I do a magic circle to start?
Would dk or sock yarn work
How many rounds do you do for an adult size cardigan
Do you crochet these completely in the round? The tutorial I used had previously me flip every row, which I thought was kinda unnecessary.
I’m not sure how she does hers but I don’t flip mine since it’s not a square and they look fine.
How many round for your hexagon cardigan
How many rounds for the cardigan?
I love your Harry Potter tatts😭😭😭🥵
How to join the 2 sides together
How much yarn do you usually use for your cardigans? I really want to make one but have no clue how much yarn to buy
Same problem
At the end of row 3, did you forget to ch3 before you did the 2 doubles to end?
Also, the yarn from the start, do you sew it in?
The very end of the rows after your initial start you don’t need to chain 3 to create a corner. I just place the last 2 DC stitches to finish the cluster. And I don’t place any chains between clusters, only in the corners 🖤
@@wickedlyhandmade ah ok. That makes sense. Thanks
I watched this and started making one but I couldn't find it again. Then I found out you actually go bigger on the needle instead of smaller 😂. My crochet is more stiff looking. Should I just restart..🤔😬
I wish I had that hook 😭
Thanks so much. I hate when you are told to slip stich to the next open cluster. It really doesn't look nice. I appreciate you
omg hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
I don’t get how to make this… I’ve just spent 2 hrs on making one from another creator and I just frogged it all, is it supposed to look like the thumbnail bc that’s what it looks like.
Then your pockets you put on some of them
Great tutorial but I found the music distracting. For me personally anyways.
TOTALLY annoying the repetition of "personal preference" and "tension", as if we are waaaayyy to stupid to understand it from the second or third repetition, and you feel the need to repeat it over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over (annoying, huh?) again. Too much talking!!!
