  • This video will be answering some of my most commonly asked questions / Showing how I personally start my Crochet Granny Hexagons specifically for the oversized cardigans I make.
    *THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE TUTORIAL ON HOW TO MAKE A COMPLETED CARDIGAN - these videos are apart of a series simply showing how I specifically do certain crochet things for my projects.
    ~ To find a full Tutorial on how to complete a granny hexagon cardigan please go to this link: • Granny Hexagon Cardiga...
    *NOTE: I change up the formats of each of my cardigans as I make them, so you may need to modify your steps while following any pattern to get an outcome you like for your own project.

      Yes, sleeves, please. Mine flare and I don’t want flared sleeves.

      it looks like she makes little cuffs to fit the wrists, and since it’s so oversized the rest of the sleeve kinda puffs over the cuff so you don’t see it very well

    • @Mrs0biWanKenobi
      @Mrs0biWanKenobi 10 месяцев назад +1

      Sleeves are pretty straightforward. I would add length in granny stitch pattern (depending on how much more sleeve I need) until a little bit before reaching where I want the cuff to begin, do a plain dc round, then do a couple of decrease rounds in dc. When the circumference is where I want it for the cuff with an even number of stitches, I would do a few rounds of alternating fphdc and regular sc to make a ribbed effect.

    I’ve made 2 following her tutorials because you recommended her somewhere a while back. Because I was changing colors I compared her video to another and came up with a cross between the two. Haha but they’ve both come out pretty lovely. I love your look and can’t wait to watch more videos 😍 I’m striving to be able to sell my works and have a decent side hustle but everyone in my neck of the woods crochets so charging a liveable wage off them has proven difficult. I still absolutely enjoy making them. And also I NEED your hook. Absolutely stunning 😍

I'd love to see a video of the yarns you like to use for your cardigans and/or your Wild Oleander Scarfs. I've made some cardigans recently and the yarns I used were just super stiff, even after letting it soak. I'd loved some recommendations, if it not too much to ask lol. Blessed Be 🫶

      The very end of the rows after your initial start you don’t need to chain 3 to create a corner. I just place the last 2 DC stitches to finish the cluster. And I don’t place any chains between clusters, only in the corners 🖤

    TOTALLY annoying the repetition of "personal preference" and "tension", as if we are waaaayyy to stupid to understand it from the second or third repetition, and you feel the need to repeat it over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over (annoying, huh?) again. Too much talking!!!
