Better Than Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

Pumpkin Spice Latte Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree * you can make your own too - coming up in another video
1 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk 🥛 I used soy milk from @traderjoes
1-2 tablespoons of sweetener of choice* I used coconut sugar here - use another sweetener if you like and adjust the amount to your preference
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice* You can buy a pumpkin pie spice blend or make it yourself with ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove, and allspice (see recipe below)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon freeze-dried coffee, decaf or regular, or omit if you're not a coffee drinker. Alternatively, you can add a shot of espresso, or 2 ounces of your favorite coffee made extra strong.
DIY Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend:
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
* Makes 1/3 cup spice mix, enough for about 30 pumpkin spice lattes
