I'm a local artist as well struggling with depression and PTSD. I would love to get out there but find myself stuck behind my four walls in my house. This is very encouraging. Each day I find myself having more confidence in my growth. I just need to stop doubting myself... I really encourage art as a therapy for people. I would love to be a mentor and teacher some day.
