What exactly is lactose intolerance?
We often confuse a milk allergy with lactose intolerance. However, they’re not the same. Milk and milk products contain a sugar called lactose.
Are you wondering what causes lactose intolerance?
Both children and adults can be lactose intolerant. It is usually a familial trait. Sometimes your body may start producing less lactase over time.

It's possible that some premature infants can't produce enough lactase. This is called congenital lactose intolerance.
Let's now talk about the symptoms of this condition.

I actually studied eating for my blood type and it suggested that I either cut dairy all together or only eat a minuscule amount of it. I only eat eggs now and all my other dairy is vegan and hopefully best decision ever! I lost lots of weight plus I workout. But I feel healthier and not sluggish
