Ingredients:
Passion Fruit Cremeux:
2 tsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Veg Gelatin
¼ cup Water
3 tbsp Caster Sugar
150 ml (3/4 cup) Passion Fruit Puree
1 tsp Pectin Powder
30 gms Unsalted Butter
2 drops Golden Yellow Colour
Method:
Prepare and set the Cremeux Insert as shown in the video.
Milk Jelly Insert:
1.5 tsp Veg Gelatin
1.5 tsp corn Flour
½ cup Water
½ Slab White Compound Chocolate
½ cup Milk
1 1tsp Vanilla Essence
Method:
Prepare and set Jelly Insert as shown in the video.
Chocolate Cake:
¼ cup Cashew Pieces
½ tbsp Sugar
3 Oreo Biscuits
¼ tsp Baking Powder
¼ Cup Milk
1 tsp Oil
Method:
Prepare Batter and Bake as shown in the video.
Orange Mousse:
2 cups Heavy Cream
½ tsp Orange Emulsion
2 tbsp Custard Powder
½ tsp Veg Gelatin
5 tbsp Water
5 tbsp Sugar
1.5 cups Milk
1.5 tbsp Orange Tang powder
Method:
Prepare the Mousse and assemble the entremet as shown in the video. Finally Unmold, Garnish and serve as shown.
