    Shahi Khazana Entremet
    Ingredients:
    Gulkand Insert:
    2 tsp Corn Flour
    1 tsp Veg Gelatin
    ¼ cup Water
    ½ cup Milk
    3 tbsp Mawa
    ¼ cup Gulkand
    1 tsp Rabdi Essence
    4-5 drops Red Food Colour
    Method:
    Prepare and set Gulkand Insert as shown in the video.
    Pista Cake Insert:
    1 tbsp Cashew Pieces
    ¼ cup Pista
    1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
    ½ tbsp corn Flour
    1 tbsp Maida
    ½ tsp Baking Powder
    3-4 drops Green Food Colour
    2-3 drops Yellow Food Colour
    1 tsp Pista Essence
    ¼ cup Milk
    1 tsp Oil
    Method:
    Prepare Batter and Bake as shown in the video.
    Kesar Shrikhand Mousse:
    2 tbsp Corn Flour
    1 tsp Veg Gelatin
    5 tbsp Water
    1 cup Milk
    3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
    1.5 cups Heavy Cream
    Saffron Colour (add as shown in video)
    200 gms Kesar Shrikhand
    Method:
    Prepare the Mousse and assemble the entremet as shown in the video.
    For Glaze:
    1.5 slab White Compound Chocolate
    4 tbsp Single Cream
    1 cup Neutral Glaze
    Green Gel Colour
    Method:
    Unmold & garnish as shown in video.
