    Choco-Nilla Heaven
    Ingredients:
    Raspberry Jelly Insert:
    ¾ cup (150 ml) Raspberry Jam
    1.5 tsp Veg Gelatin
    5 tbsp Water
    ¼ cup Water
    Method:
    Prepare the Raspberry Jelly Insert and set as shown in the video.
    Danish Cookie Base:
    ¼ cup Salted Butter
    ½ cup Powdered Sugar
    ½ cup Cashew Powder
    ¼ cup Maida
    ¼ cup Corn Flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Danish Butter Essence
    3 tbsp Milk
    Method:
    Prepare Batter and bake as shown in video.
    Cream Cheese Insert:
    2 tsp Corn Flour
    1 tsp Veg Gelatin
    ¼ cup Water
    ½ cup Cream Cheese
    ½ cup Milk
    3 tbsp Sugar
    Method:
    Prepare the Cream Cheese Insert and set as shown in the video.
    Nutella Mascarpone Mousse:
    2 tbsp Custard Powder
    1 tsp Veg Gelatin
    5 tbsp Water
    1 cup Milk
    4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
    ½ cup Nutella
    ½ tsp Hazelnut Essence
    ½ tsp Chocolate Essence
    30 gms Unsalted Butter
    200 gms Mascarpone Cheese
    1 cup + ¾ cup Heavy Cream (350 ml)
    Method:
    Prepare the Mousse and assemble the entremet as shown in the video. Finally Unmold, Garnish and serve as shown.
