Your back plan on doing it again call me and I can make you guys know. Paragraph paragraph thanks for watching as always.

Thanks to Walter for being such a caregiver this year. May you continue your recuperation and rehabilitation well.

I'm so glad to see you back to almost normal, your trauma is a factor of you enjoyment now I'm guessing. this what i recommend, take mischief maker back to Houser and take you time and just play. yes i said go back to the owe place! concur that fear even if you now you dont think its still lingers.. start out slow and just explore the trails at least at first. ask me how I know... it does help! some call it "Facing the Boogieman". good luck, have fun and be careful!

When I was out there and we did the video, I had damaged my foot. It is still healing. Age and diabetes slows that process but all is well. I am so glad you are healing well, I am looking forward to your next adventure!!!

Oh Hollie. I was so concerned about you, and it was quite obvious how much pain you were in at the time of the accident. But here you are a year later, completely healed and loving life! I am so happy for you. Keep up the great work, (and as you would say) my lovely. 😁

Back injuries are absolutely terrible. I broke mine about 12 years ago in a Motorcycle Accident and it completely changes everything!! Im glad youre doing better and definitely glad youre able to walk!! Please dont overdue it. I did way too much in November and ended up back on the hospital for 4 days. Even 12 years later. Keep your spirits up!!

Just wanted to let you know that you are an inspiration. I grew up offroading, and in August of 2020,I broke my neck in a car wreck. I had to have a 3 vertebrae fusion done, and was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis. I'm starting to get back out there, and playing with my XJ now. Just knowing what you went through, and have accomplished is very inspiring to me. Thank you for being a very strong individual, and showing us it can be done!!!

There are people that have had the same injuries and it takes them years to come back and some never do all the way. Your doing AWESOME 👌 👏 👍 Thanks for the video

I felt all your anxiety, I went through not being able to do much with a heart condition a couple years ago. Had family and friends wonder why I didn't want to climb the stairs to my wood shop and not being able to do anything or get back down the stairs without a half hour break of sitting. Eventually they saw my issues 8n person and wondered how I was copping. It took 3 years to get on the correct medication and the past six months I'm finally able to mow my yard and do laundry or drive to get groceries without feeling so drained that all I wanted to do was lay down and sleep. I've always been active, sometimes working through lunch nonstop til dark on projects. Driving from customer to customer doing handyman work. To say the least it socks, to be that tired. And have pain. I'm finally getting by strength back, but at 63.5 yrs old it's taking a long time. I'm fully retired living on SSI and trying to stay active at home and at church. Keep building your muscles and endurance. Your young and will bounce back completely. You are an inspiration to us all. ❤

Much sympathy (or is it empathy?) here for what you went thru. I completely understand the stress and difficulty of going from being very active, into doctor ordered bed rest while your body heals. Then, coming out of a long period of forced sloth, the hard work of regaining lost muscle strength and just your energy. For me it was reconstructive surgery of both feet (structural failure, weren 't made to plan, not an accident). A very difficult year of bed rest and physical therapy. You did the right thing, made the right decision listening to the doctor and taking the safest, longest recovery path. Well done!

Weird that it’s has been a year. @PowerStrokeTechTalkwARod asked the question today, if you could go back 15 years and give yourself advice. I think that 2039 you will happily say thanks for listening to the doctors and just shutting down and taking it easy and letting yourself heal. Great job on doing it right!

I've had 6 spinal injections and procedures, I'm sick of being a burden and not able to fend for myself,
You were an inspiration and gave me hope for a second try with doctor's, that didn't work out, so I don't know what to do. ❤😢

Dearest young lady, I am now realizing how much I have missed your videos. And I wanted to tell you about my compression fracture experience. Let me see now, I was a "youthful" 70 when my back reached its point of culmination. Sadly my breaking point does not have a story of jumping sand dunes and rock crawling (boy, that sounds like a lot of fun) but it just wore out I had back pains for over a year before it finally fractured, compressed, broke, it did something and that was my worst pain ever. But we (the we being my doctors and me) misread the symptoms and the problem spot continued to compress, break down, and whatever else on its way to a breaking point. I wanted the medical people to put the cement stuff into it but doctors have this responsible fear of slicing into a somewhat working spine; so I wore a stylish back brace for some months. I am overly aware of every ache and pain in my back and so far, so good. Except that I can't dial back the aging clock, dang it anyway..

That was such a freak thing to happen, I am glad that you listened to the doctors, and that you were in a financial position that you could listen and take the time to heal. I've always been curious as to your relationship with Blake over this, as I'm not placing any blame on him, but I am sure he feels a little responsible even though he did not do anything wreckless or careless. I'm glad you are on the mend and most importantly back in the driver seat. Keep working on those back muscles.

I came here to say something unrelated to the video, and I haven't watched it yet. I can say I hope everything heals good, I've been struggling with lower back issues for over a year now and it's scary, you never know if or when your body will heal. What I wanted to say is I've become a fan of the off roading I've seen on RUclips and some of the content creators are apparently not a fan of me which indirectly makes me not like them. Matt's Off Road Recovery, Tom Tom's Garage, and Bleepin' Jeep have all apparently blocked me on RUclips from being a subscriber to their channels (maybe it's a coincidence or maybe their affiliated). Since your channel is very similar to theirs I wanted to thank you for not blocking me, and hopefully you never do.

Sorry to hear you have been blocked. I typically never block anyone. RUclips or Instagram…I don’t live for applause or get bothered by negativity & feedback in the form of comments is simply part of the game. I’m here to create and share content and people can feel however they want about it. 😊

The muscles never fully heal. I've had a back injury for going on 20 yrs and the muscles still have their days that they just are tense and try and protect that area. You'll have to learn to deal with them. Lots of ibuprofen, stretching, and massaging will help.
