More important than documenting would be book publishing. If these guys pass without printing a book/s first it will be a tragedy akin to loosing a library. The knowledge between Gary and Cory's ears is a world treasure!

WOW! I put this video off for a while seeing it is over an hour long and wanted to give it my full attention. I have become a rainbow fish convert. I have seen them over the years but its their stories and especially the guys who are no longer in the wild that showed them in a new light for me. Garry Lange is amazing! Now I have an excuse to get a bigger tank and research a new series of fish. Thanks you all for the tours. You guys have helped me get back into this hobby a while back and I am deeper down the rabbit hole than I intended but am loving every minute. I will not put off watching videos any longer!

I inherited a 30 gallon tank with an elderly male,and it plunged me into the abiss of fishkeeping. ❤
Now a 90 gallon with 9 juveniles in a community tank,I'm excited to be learning constantly.
Hopefully be able to breed them at some point,and add more rainbows as I go.
I could listen to Gary speak on the subject all day long!

Love Gary Lange's rainbow! I keep on re-watching this... not only that, Gary Lange made me fall in love with Rainbows. Finally I have Praecox and Boesemani (I only wanted good quality, some fish stores here sells those fishes that are not looking good i.e. fishes are thin, and sickly).

Take your focus off of the fish for a minute and realise how great of a guy Gary is. From watching this video I can tell it's more important to him that these fish get out to hobbyists and were not just collected to be hogged by himself. That's very respectable of you Gary. Also how cool would it be to pick the brain of a few of these older hobbyists. I'm sure they have so many experiences and stories to learn from. Great video Cory. These are the ones I really enjoy.
