What I truly like on these uniforms is that in that time period most of armies had very different styles. Every uniform or nation was unique in certain things. Now we have everything almost the same.
“Tricorn” as it's usually called, is a later name given to it, so probably fitting this time period. However, when talking about the 17th and 18th century hats of this type then at the time they called them a “Cocked Hat” and that might be a good thing for you to know about sporting one very fine cocked hat.
Yeah Tricorne to distinguish it from the Bicorne, Tricorne is late 17th century fashion and Bicorne is mid 18th century fashion. Both coexisted and would have been called cocked hats at the time. But yes Tricorne is fitting for this time period.
Hey! Tre Kronor is theorized to actualy come from king Magnus Eriksson's three kingdoms. He was ruling Skåne, Norway and Sweden. He called himself king of "Sweden, Norway and Skåne" in official documents, too. It's highly possible that this is the source for the symbol of three crowns.
Maybe but the Swedish crowns could also be because of the three different kingdoms of Sweden, and I also don't think that they would want anything to do with the Kalmar union after the incident

The Swedish army used the Gevär m/96 rifle also known in English as a "Swedish Mauser" which has the same action as German Mauser. I.e. the Gewerh 98 and the Kar 98K. Some were bought from Germany and some were produced in Sweden. It is still to some capacity used by the Swedish Royal Guard.

question, how can i tell what regiment the ränsel is from? recently got a one (i believe it to be the 1905 but im unsure) , because it doesn't have the markings on yours, but it has markings on the big flap, one being the year 1928 and 12.k. and some others which i can't tell due to them either being faded or covered
Seems like it should have come in a textile or felt pouch like the later tin canteens, but you should know... A glass canteen is heavy, it's shiny, it's brittle and it clanks against metal or rock. It's very impractical from a soldier's perspective, though I guess they are cheap and easy to manufacture.

The glass is because of the Swedish glass industry being very good at the time, it was a lot more cost effective to make them out of glass.

tricorne style hats were quite common german colonial troops often wore a similar type of hat espically in south west africa and east africa.

Sounds like m/39. The older version has the belt wrap around the leg. Its main use is for people that ride horses.

Unless there is a marking you missed. There is no way that I know.

The uniform is from Tailor and Arms, the gear is from online auction or army surplus and the hat is special commissioned replica.
