    My understanding of human physiology is that the lag between swallowing carb foods (then getting them through the stomach to the duodenum, being broken down to glucose, absorbed, circulated and insulin secretion) and reactive hypoglycaemia, just doesn't fit with the timeline of post meal sugar 'craving'. Much more likely to be a conditioned response, also because it's very culture dependent
