    In this video, I'll show you how to use any mail template with Rocket Print & Mail. This is the most cost-effective mail service I know about, but they also require that you sign up and pre-pay for a higher volume of mail units upfront (and don't worry, these units never expire).
    If you plan to send out more than 5,000 mailers in the future (and every serious direct mail marketer eventually will), it's the most economical option available right now.

    Great content and value Seth. This was done a couple of years ago and was wondering if you still used Rocket Print for your mailings or if there is anything better out there. Thx!

      Thanks! The most notable other company I've found that is worth a closer look is REIPrintMail: go.retipster.com/reiprintmail/yt-QagpCO5iROg - they're definitely more expensive, but they offer great advice and customer service, with some pretty unique looking mailpieces that I haven't seen anywhere else. Good luck!

    Do you know how we can scrub our lists against NCOA list before submitting our list?

      RP&M should be able to do this for you on every campaign, so even if you don't do it, it'll happen before the mail gets sent.

    Seth, are you doing letter mailouts now these days as opposed to postcards in the past? If you have changed the delivery medium ( postcards to letters), why so?

    • @Retipster
      @Retipster  2 года назад +2

      I've done both over the past year. Both types of mail offer certain benefits that the other doesn't (postcards are cheaper and easier to make sure the recipient sees your message without throwing it away, blind offers in a letter can save you a lot of time going back and forth on the phone with people, and you can usually communicate more to the recipient in a way that looks a bit more professional and less like "marketing material"). Depending on a person's budget and goals, either one can serve their purpose.

    Should the return address be provided on handwritten land prospecting letter?

      I'm not sure if I understand the question. Can you rephrase that?

      @@Retipster I am thinking of sending my 1st letter to vacant lot owner. But kind of intimidated..😆 So shall I write "my address" as well on the top of envelope envelope ?

    Hey Seth I saw you used ITI direct mail in the past, is there any reason you stopped using them?

    • @Retipster
      @Retipster  3 года назад +2

      Sure did! They're still a good service (and they don't require any pre-paying for production costs like RocketPrint does). Ultimately, they cost a bit more. It just depends on the volume you're doing and whether you want to pre-pay for your mail units upfront.

      @@Retipster Thank you for the insight! I'm sending between 4K-10K pieces per month. I'm going to give RocketPrint a try
