What if I'm a new seller with no sales yet, if I'm applying for Amazon lending?
You won't be able to qualify as a new seller, you'll need to first make use of your own capital(or other funding method) to start selling, then apply for a Loan.
I’m opening a shopify store and will connect to my Amazon store. I’m new startup living in Canada but my stores is geared towards the USA with international purchases possible. Can I get Amazon funding if I’m Canadian?

You may contact the microlenders directly, as each lender has their eligibility requirements.
US lenders generally don't lend to non-USA companies/customers. Unless they specifically say they lend to Non-USA companies. US lenders require a social security number of the owner of the business and an EIN of the business. As I understand only US citizens and US nationals can have a social security number.
