Mr Nice Guy Towing & Allstate Roadside How Does This Happen?

In todays video Jim is explaining his experience with Mr Nice Guy Towing from Clio Michigan along with Allstate Roadside Assistance. This was a very unfortunate accident that could have ended way worse although it was still pretty expensive. Please let us and everyone else know if you've had a similar experience.

As someone who operates a towing business, I implore you to follow up on this. It is companies like this who make us all look bad, and they are the minority. I saw an appeal process on the paperwork you showed in your video. I would use that and send in your pictures, there is no way they can deny it. I would also go to your local municipal court and file charges there as well. I know you don't want to waste more time on this, but you are in the right and should be compensated, don't let them wear you down to the point you go away, that is what they want.

I sure appreciate you taking the time to reply. Thank you so much. We have filed information with Michigan DOT and Michigan State Police. The appeal process was for me to file a claim with my own insurance.

@@andersonsgarage2334 I would file that appeal too, let them try and deny it when they see the pictures. In PA, you can go to a local magistrate and file charges against them and it only cost ~$45.00 in fees to file.

@@andersonsgarage2334 I found this video through a towing industry association I am a member of. I can tell you all of us, as legitimate business owners are tired of these fly-by-night cutthroat companies. Many of them come and go under different names so shaming them is not likely.

Brother for him to be towing for insurance he must have 1 million in coverage unless it was a out of network call. Hmu i own a towing company know the laws own a youtube channel and can help.

Never should a winch be considered a point of securement , it’s not!! Always should have at least 4 points of securement on a vehicle being towed on a carrier!
