I’ve been painting for over thirty years, one of the best tips I can give, use old brake shoes, put them under your tires, your air hose will never get stuck.
Painting the door frames cars , under the hoods & tanks
Paint under the doors , so look nice , black look nice put 3-4 coats clear , get the deep shine. Climate i?
Get well Jolene. You have been going so hard for over 365 days straight. I will gladly watch reruns as you take a deserved rest and Chad goes and gets caught up on some other projects. Sending wishes for a speedy recovery.
Get well soon Jolene, the back is a delicate thing so let Chad pamper you. Take as much time as you need, better to be safe than sorry. 🇨🇦

@@i8ntnuts Me too he mixed it totally wrong and with the wrong hardener
Making it look easy and encouraging us to try, we’ll done!!!

Hope you feel better soon Jolene, and I really like the paint job on that car.👍
Rest and get better Jolene, Chad! Fantastic, I know how hard it is to get such a great paint job, confidence and practice makes perfect!
Really enjoying this bodywork to paint sequence. Thanks Chad and Jolene!
Here we go you have prepared the canvas Chad now we get to see the picture in its finishing stage's. And I for one am looking forward to seeing you drive this moving work of art. Can't wait.
Chad does a great job prepping the cars so it makes the paint look great.
Great video, nice to see your process. Have a good rest Jolene !!
Great job Chad. I enjoyed this video the first time. I am amazed at the coverage and smoothness you get on the first coat. You say you have the pressure pretty high. Do you use a specific pressure or just feel. Thanks for you great explanations and demonstrations. Get well wishes to Jolene.
It does make sense to feel the dirt and give it a final inspection with the fans running. Great tip 👍
Chad gets to do so many things that I've always wanted to try ... I'm envious. Well done!!!
Wow. That came out super nice. You make painting a big car look fast and easy. Thank you for sharing your skills.
chad is the best sprayer ive ever seen . he has the balls and skill to spray with high pressure. he dosnt even have orange peal when its painted. never seen a painter ever manage that before...look at dougs car after its sprayed its flawless without any wet sanding and buffing and its black which isthe most difficult colour ever to spray ...all painters dread painting black.
I painted my 57 Chevy truck in my garage with the same $50 paint gun from princess auto. Turned out great .. And was first vehicle I ever painted . 🎨 👍
I love you two, Great to see 2 people with passion and work ethic. Love from Australia
I have always made a it my practice before I store paint, to clean the lid and can lip so it seals properly then, place it on a shelf upside. I find the paint lasts longer and there is no chance of air leaking into the can from it being improperly sealed.
This is awsome 🏆👍💪.. great camera work helps see what going on so well..Thank you bouth Great work 🏆👍💪🥳♥️
Jolene, sending you such good thoughts for quick healing from your back injury!
I always enjoy watching. You make it look easy. Thanks for the video and stay warm.
Get well soon Jolene, I understand how painful it is as I have bulging disc's in my back, take care and stay humble, thought's and prayers for a speedy and safe recovery.
I've had a bad back for nearly 15 years now and one thing if found helps a lot is to not sit on couches (especially soft couches they can make it worse,). Sit in something that supports your back for a few days like a good office chair or dining table chair, It takes a bit getting used to but it'll help you get better quicker.
always enjoy your prep and painting videos you always make it look so easy .thanks chad and jolene
Sorry to hear about your back Joline, get well wishes going your way.
Sorry you are having back problems. Hope it eases up soon. Wishing you well. rest and stay safe J.

Wishing Jolene a quick recovery and we will miss you guys, but we all are loyal and will be waiting for your next great videos! 🙏❤
Get well soon Joleen,I've painted with a Aldi gun before,it's not the gun it's the guy behind the gun, only thing with cheap guns is that they don't last a lifetime like devilbiss, sata, iwata etc,I've got this devilbiss GTi ready to post to you Chad and this gun is over 25 years old and still sprays fantastic,I will post up this week and you can paint your car's what your prepping now.
Get well soon Jolene, you both are great and have provided some great content. Take care
Wauw yess of course rest is the best for Jolene, but also for yuo to Chat, Get well soon Jolene ❤🍀❤🍀 stay cool you two, love from the Netherlands.

Hopefully Jolene recovers from her back pain, I know what she is experiencing I have been dealing with it every day for the past 20 years. Thanks Mark Dutka Oakville Ontario Canada.
Hey Jolene, take care of your back, I find the best thing for my back is to lay on my back with my caves & feet up on the couch ( Z ) it's called the rescue position, 20 minutes with a set of headphones, easy listening music and no interruptions can do wonders!!!
Hello Jolene, it is a painful and very uncomfortable experience, I have tried everything and it happened to me many times, from my experience the best and incredibly effective treatment was acupuncture and exercises to strengthen the muscles of the back and waist. I wish you all the best and a fast recovery👍
Get well soon Jolene, we all will be here when you have recovered.
Get well Jolene, I have experienced back problems in my past and it was not something I would wish on anyone, all the best.
All the best Jolene for speedy recovery thinking of you n so sorry your not well at the moment 🌷💝🙏 xx will watch yr re runs
Cold wet weather is really not good for bad backs take good care of yourself both of you .see you when you feel better don't rush it.
Heal up kiddo . Jolene you'll be missed for a bit but being healthy is best . Waiting your return ! Chad has got this 👍 . Thumbs-up Jolene 👍 and 👍 Chad
Oh dear! I hope your back is better soon Jolene, I know how painful it can be but rest is the best medicine! Take care.
Hurting our back is something most all of us can relate to. Positive healing vibes are being sent your way. 🙏
Better get well soon girl, I won't take long to get my new project done, then I'll be back looking for you again. Stay safe and take care of yourselves, that's what's important, anything else is just fun.
Man you’re so awesome And considerate keep up the good work thumbs up
I like watching you paint, you make it look easy and I know it isnt. And you include the nervousness that at the last minute, you can mess all your work up with one slip. The first time I watched I couldn't believe there was enough paint on after two coats, shows what I know!
My Lotus is more than half blocked at 400, not quite enough paint so I'm cutting through in a few spots. That was problems with application. But she feels great and I'll get there with some touch-ups. Thanks for sharing your technique that I'm following as closely as I can. I think you can do 220 grit without guide coat, but would be a fool not to use it at 400.
Oops! Forgot to wish Jolene well. Muscle pain is a big deal, so take it easy as long as you need to, you folks work hard and deserve some rest.
happens all the time especially sharp ridges and corners.
block up to them but trick yourself to stop juuuuust a little short of the whole way to the edge....then just skim the ridge/lip for scuffing
remember when painting these are the spots that will get less paint because of aerodynamics the paint will "avoid" them....many spray them first then do the panel as normal
Get well Jolene .Brad you work her hard .I can’t get enough of your show’s keep on doing your thing later
You’ve inspired me to refinish a Steinway piano
Black is the hardest color to lay down and get smooth. Great job Chad. Looks slick enough that if a fly lights on it he will slide down. Take care of the back Jolene. That's dangerous territory to be having trouble with. Take care.
i always found white the worst
black sucks but you can see the problems.....white burns your eyes till you cant see the flaws....until tomorrow
Hope you feel better soon Jolene... really enjoy watching you guys....👍🥰🇨🇦
I use tack clothe is great for picking up dust ect does the best job leaves nothing behind

I´m wishing Jolene & you all the best! ❤
Chad, Not sure if I missed the explanation, but why did you choose single stage over 2-stage? I'm not a painter, but just trying to gather as much knowledge as I can. Looks great!!!
Cheaper..simple as that really !!
Cool get to watch a little painting watching from. Ohio
Heal Rest & Love! Hope you feel better honey! Much Love from Kentucky!
Prayers for quick recovery I was in car accident in 2019 had surgery in 2021 got a few screws in me now
Awesome channel. I am a complete old rookie. What happens if you don't use hardener, one of the paint companies say it is optional?
Very nice.
God bless you hope you get better soon heat an streching can be good to take your time an hope to see y'all soon God Speed !!!!!!
Not many guys can lay out paint like that even with an expensive gun, my pops sprayed cars for over 30 years and he swears by iwata but I showed him your vids and he said those cheap guns really pump out the material which in this case is what you want. Expensive guns come into play while doing collision work you are trying to match metallics and pearls and so on.
That paint job really looks good. If it was practicable I would ship my car from Barbados to have you work on it.
Jolene, you take care of your back. I suffer with chronic back pain myself so I know the feeling. You take care and get better soon. We'll miss you.
Get well Jolene I know your pain back is in porting don't push it I messed up my back a age 48 and cannot work anymore cannot even tie my own shoe laces so let it heal good
