This is a really cool van build i like it a lot! It makes me want to get a second van haha. I just put some Victron stuff in the back of my work van there's a 1 min video on my channel showing it if you get bored. Again, cool build! Nicely done!

We've never lived the hob / sink all in one unit things, we just run a camping gas stove when we need it and keeps our worktop space nice and clean when not in use :)
The seat/couch is to high, even you have a problem with keeping feets on the floor, not mentioning women with shorter legs. I love that's wide enough though. And open shelving makes it more homier.
It's actually not that high, I think the cushion makes it look higher, it's a perfect height for sitting comfortably and had to be this height to house the fridge and toilet , but I totally understand where your coming from ✌🏻

It was Briwax medium brown and then Rustin's quick dry varnish :)
