  • Connect with your partner while preparing for the birth of your baby. This class will guide you though partnered postures that will help to alleviate many of the common discomforts of late pregnancy and teach you skills that you can bring with you to your birth place. Many of these movements can help to keep you comfortable during labor and strong for delivery. You will need 2 blocks, a bolster, a strap and its a good idea to have some extra pillows and blankets around to ensure maximum comfort in every pose.
