    This was an excellent class. I really appreciated your cues and thank you for showing me the hero pose at the end. I’m 34 weeks and everything is uncomfortable/painful now so finding a nice way to sit is so helpful.

    I am doing this,but after doing this iam feeling from leg pain for one week.why thus mam?

      Where is your leg pain? Front, back? Sides? And which variation were you doing? If you have tight hamstrings you can keep your hips further from the wall or put your calves on a chair seat instead of the wall. As with all yoga poses, of something doesn’t feel good stop doing it or heavily modify the pose until it suits your body. I’m happy to help you find a variation of this pose that is safe for your body.

      @@yogamamaonline pain is in front of leg.iam trying pregnency for 10 years.can i do leg up for pose touching leg on cusion like sponge on head of bedcot .is it important touching leg to wall?

      @@Kenya70870 if the pain is in front of your leg it would be best to have your legs away from the wall a little so there isn't as much compression at the hip crease. Yes, you can use a cushion at an angle to prop your legs up instead of the wall. I hope this helps! Please let me know how it goes when you try it again with these modifications.

      Yes, as long as it feels comfortable for you. In the first trimester you can practice this pose as usual with your back on the floor and both legs straight up the wall. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
