Just ordered one of these from Amazon on Tuesday and it came in on Friday. Am enjoying it so far, it's a nice controller and it works for Xbox one and PC so I can use it on all my emulators with no problem
does it have stiff sticks? Or do they move around at the lightest push?
I bought this controller yesterday. I like the elite series 2, but i cant justify paying that much for old technology. Cant wait to get it in my hands 👍
elite series 2 controllers are terrible they are made like 💩 you have to fix them yourself out of the box most of the time and they tend to stop working slowly over time lol
Got mine Friday it’s my daily driver for apex legends it’s the best I’ve use so far

thinking of buying one, hows the controller now?
I'd like to see how durable they are. I'm so sick and tired of buying 2-6 controllers a year because they gain some stick drift after 1 or 2 small drops. I've had PowerA twice, and MSI controllers. In a year I've had to go through 3-4 controllers so far because they can't withstand a drop on carpet from 3 ft up. If you had the time or resources, I'd say do a video showcasing performance after drops on different surfaces at different heights.
Wish they had a version with adjustable triggers
I just picked up an elite 2 controller. So far I like it. I hear mixed reviews only time will tell. Keep us posted in a few months to see how it holds up.
My elite 2 broke sooner than my elite 1 did. I’ll never buy one from them again. The new Turtle Beach is really nice so far.
Mine broke and replaced under warranty then that one broke after warranty was over but even then you can send it in for repair and they give you a refurbished replacement for $69
Elite series 3 better have Hall effect because the price Microsoft is charging doesn’t justify why these controllers break so easily
I had an elite 1 that lasted over two years. Bought an elite 2 but returned it because the XYAB buttons were not responsive and needed too much pressure to activate. My experience was over a year ago and the quality may have improved. Use it and return it in the warranty period if it has problems. I’ve ordered a TB Stealth Ultra because of the Hall effect sticks and micro switch buttons.

Very good controller for the price. Plus u can over clock it to 1000hz. Very responsive. Love it so far

@@maikelstapper4347the update came out a while ago (maybe about a month ago) but I heard they pulled it from the store on Xbox so if you didn’t update when it came out I don’t think you can anymore. It is working on Xbox for me though

On my dreamcast I played the hell out of Lemans24hrs, Tokyo Xtreme racer, V rally, Quake 3, etc, etc... never had any problems with the stick. Xbox stuff on the other hand, is obviously designed to fail after a few months.
My current controller but I really think it could really do with having a “pro” version with a more premium feel, I think then it would be pretty close to a perfect controller. I’d be happy to pay around £80 for a Gamesir G7 Pro - I really hope this becomes a reality.
Agree maybe mechanical buttons , 4 back buttons and I’d pay 100 for an updated version

Set dead zone to 0 and do the small circles test later. Unacceptable. You will know
Got one of these at this place called “Hot deals” which is like a garage sale in a store and each day of the week has a different price like everything there for Thursday is like $2 and for Friday everything is $12 and this was on the table there and I’m pumped to try it out!

I would much rather pick up 4of these for my son and keep three stashed away and wait for him to mess it up so I can give him another one..as opposed to getting just one of the new turtle Beach but if it was for myself.. I would pick up a turtle beach and one of these as well
Hows the quality of the audio when connected to the 3.5mm jack?
Would be an even better pad if I could find fast enough setting to play apex. I'm not tech savvy one bit

This control is ridiculous, no one comments on the last update that added dynamic curve and it looks horrible, it's really bad for FPS games

therefore 3 meters are prolly 7,4 feet

Lmao with your box opening 😁 but the g7 se is a great controller the price is less then a basic Xbox controller I believe.

I try and keep away from the one that have detachable cable because for me it always meses up thiere
I bought a orange and carbon fiber pdp and after 2week its giving me problems from the cable which stops me from playing now and then so im going to return it and buy one that the wire is intergrated instead
The problem is with the manufacturer. I've seen issues with the PDP controller. I've been using this one everyday since I got it. It's been perfect.
Id rather spend $45 on a decent modded controller that will not break for 10 years then spend $300 on the best modded controller that will break within the first 2 or 3 months

It's true. Hall effect is designed with magnets, so it can't happen.
only way is if the springs loosen but otherwise its all good

i have gamesir g7 se and its very good for the price.. but i wish i find one with the thumbsticks feel as dualshock 4 or dualsense but with hall effect
it sucks it only comes in white
well there is also the Gamesir GameSir T4 Kaleid bit more expensive but has Hall effects

Make your own it's not hard, you can make the triggers as sensitive as you want with min/Max values.

Used this controller for not even 5 hours and it has the worst drift I've ever had in any other controller

Gamsir products are god damn trash, i got a G8 Galileo from them and the Hall Effects triggers are already messed up with 5% drift.

Awesome controller for a brand that I never heard about but this time is great no other colors
The best you can do is colour the detachable face plate
one underrated thing i can really appreciate with this controller is the plastic around where you plug the usb c into the controller. both of my standard controllers with USB C would eventually break because it pulls downwards on the port when i set the controllers down. but this one has plastic around the head of the port! no pull down, no usb port breaking. i love it!

so my t4k just arrived and didnt quite like them. The face buttons are bit wobbly and the feeling is off when im pressing the “B” button. Its quite big too for my hands. Question is if i go for the Regular G7 will that be the same quality of face buttons? How does the G7 se buttons compared to nintendo switch pro controller or the ps4 ds? Are they also similar in shape?

No. I prefer the Turtle Beach over this, but the price is a massive difference. For the price, this one is still very very good.
Ultra have inbound to much deadzond i have try today the turtle beach ultra i sent it back and get my g7se feel better faster better in aiming g7se have full disabled the deadzone when you it on 0 in nexus app and not forget the g7se have later in the update 1000hz much faster then the ultra
@@maikelstapper4347i did exactly the same!!! Turtle beach definitely too much dead zone. So obvious if you do small circles. Unacceptable compared to g7 se which is smooth like a butter. Can’t believe it was not mentioned here. I found that dead zone in 1 minute during the tests and immediately returned Turtle Beach. For pro player no way! G7 se much more precise and smooth. Never had more responsive controller in my hands. Mice like controller!!!!

My observations of this joystick during my use of it Firstly the grip of the joystick handle is uncomfortable Secondly the back buttons are designed incorrectly When you lift your joystick with one hand automatically your finger presses the button and also the trigger When you Active the hair trigger you will face problems while aiming and shooting
You might want to take a second observation, because that is simply not true about the sticks or back buttons, especially since you can lock the buttons.

@@Gummybear1.2.5.1 I don’t own one but there’s plenty of videos on how you do it, I just use my standard Xbox series controller and use it wired and it works just like it does on my Xbox
@@Gummybear1.2.5.1in the software, when selecting the profile at the bottom is polling rate. If you don’t see it, you need to update the firmware on the controller
